Academic excellence at Vasavi: A Comprehensive Review

In terms of relevance and comprehensiveness, our curriculum is best as they take course and servey from the students after the completion of every semester and accordingly they make changes in the curriculum. This can avoid problems for the upcoming students. If it is necessary, they do change the faculties for the respective subject. The course and learning outcomes are designed by the system called blooms taxonomy levels, it means they design course based on the hardness level of the subject. This can help students to, not only gain knowledge in the subject but also can increase the interest and creates enthusiasm to learn the subject.

The internship opportunities that are provided in our college are Visa, Oracle and Amazon Wow for womens with a stipend of one lakh per month. After their successful completion of their project, they will be made fulltime employees.

Regarding to placements in our college, they provide more opportunities specifically for IT and CS branches and remaining other branches can be given with less opportunities compared to IT and CS. On an average, 80% of the students get placed every year based on the eligibility criteria of having CGPA greater than 7.5. They provide placement opportunities to students right from the seventh semester. Servicenow company takes minimum seven students every year with a pay package of 42 lakhs per annum. Oracle takes 42 students with pay package of 18 lakhs per annum.

The tuition fee of our college is one lakh fifty thousand per year. They do provide reimbursement fo the students who got seat in this college through EAMCET counselling. Coming to the financial assitance, they do provide rewards for the students who maintain good CGPA every year from every branch. They do provide rewards for students who have got good grades in NPTEL certification examinations. This financial aid provided to the students encourage them to secure good opportunities.

Social life in our college is very good, clubs in our college include dance, arts, sports, robotics, DSAC for coding and suruchi for different art forms in dance. We can also perform various activities in other colleges, this can help students to overcome stagefear and students can participate without any fear.

Admission process to get into this college mainly divided into three levels. First one is through EAMCET examination conducted by the Government of Telangana. The cutoff rank to opt for a seat in CSE is below 2000 rank for non reservation candidates and it might vary for reservation students. for a rank of below 10000 you may opt this college. Secondly, through JEE mains score (All India Rank) by the name of B-category which releases its application form in the official college website after the eamcet counseling process.The third one is through NRI quota.The exams that are timely conducted for every two months. There are two mid examinations followed by a semester end examination.

Firstly, most of the faculty members possess a doctarate degree in their respective subjects. Some of them are post graduates in reputed NIT's and every faculty membre possess an NPTEL certification along with a medal in their respective subjects. Secondly, for every one hundred students there is a faculty which makes better learning experience. Students can have complete freedom to raise a doubt even in the middle of the class without any hesitation. They do interact in a good manner and suggest a good solution for our problem. Finally students will be very happy with their explanations and clarifications.
