Course Curriculum Overview
I was taken BE in electronics and communications course Because it has 2 ways hardware and software ece has growing now a days in india some companies are investing on semiconductor industry it was creating lot of jobs for ece students after 5 to 6 years . In engineering ece was the tough branch i know but in our college highest package was taken by ece student 14.5 lakh/annum. It is bit difficult to understand and pass all exams in branch we want to put some effort to wonderful our carrier.
Internships Opportunities
Some it bt companies are offer and mechanical related companies also like Maruti suzuki, tcs,infosys, tech mahindra ect. Several Projects are also made around 20+ products are patented and 5+ products are started production.
Placement Experience
From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visited our college like tcs ,wipro,Maruti suzuki,infosys,tech mahindra,accenture,ibm many more Highest package was taken by ece student 14.5 lakh / yr and average package was around 3 to 5 lakh per annum . There is 80 to 90 percent placements in our campus. My plans was complete degree and place for a semiconductor industry.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure was 2 lakh/yr for ece ,cse ,ise branches and rest of all branches are 1.5 lakh/yr Hostel fee for year 1 lakh per student and hostel food was good place was to live is value for money. Fee structure for 4 years btech are 90000-480000 Service are good and they charge some additional during cultural activities .
Campus Life
In our college some are cultural programs and annual function are there our annual function name was mallika this was no.1 event in college at davanagere, and some technical festivals are sukalpa are there. Our classrooms are digital and clean Sports are good and competitive also Socila interaction ,clubs are there these usefull for students to build our life quality.
Admission
If want to join BE course cet examination is compulsory and rank under 200000 is benifit to qualify engineering other wise not available. Application form and details about college are given at gm library there is transportation vacilityfrom main road to library. If we reserve early for seat they don't charge donation if we come late they ask donation
Faculty
In gmit faculties are up to date in finishing syllabus and mentors are update student details to parents once in a semester and mentors noted some students who are dull and they take their responsibilities to pass the exam good interaction between mentors and students. Teachers are also good when will ask doubts they will teach how many times we want they also teach some additional topics for future placement.
