The Bhopal School of Social Sciences (Reality check)

There is nothing special about the scores or anything special that this college is providing. It's just a normal and simple course that you could do from any college any university at any point of time. Of course there are engagement opportunities in this college a lot of engagement opportunities a lot of grooming opportunities but there is nothing special that they are adding up to the course yet. So for me they do not stand out in this entire thing of whose courses better or whose worth is better.

There are a lot of internship opportunities available in college but I haven't seen anyone very readily picking then up the professors themselves try to engage children and student in the internship opportunities. For me personally I did a certificate course on stock market analysis and I was offered and internship which I couldn't pick up due to some problems. But yes the internship opportunities are readyly available for every student.

I am not very much aware about the placement opportunities but we do get placements from the college within college placements. And I even heard of big MNCs also recruiting from this college like Amazon Microsoft JP Morgan no doubt for a small package and the average package hair goes for 3 lakh around but it just well to do so.

The fee structure is very simple I am not aware of the hostel fee structures but the course fees are very nominal and nothing very expensive one of the good things of this college is they are not leaned to rip you off just for money because we can see the comparative colleges like JLU which are set and targeted at a much higher price and much higher fee. Of course then colleges like JLU DO GET A BETTER INFRASTRUCTURE AND A BETTER CROWD CONSISTENCY. Speaking of all the courses the fees referee stands at 60000 to 70000 nothing more nothing less this is a average range where you can pursue any course within the college on top of it you may opt for certificate courses which have to be paid apart from the fee structure.

This has zero campus life as far as the hostlers are concerned, but apart from it the club environment and the social aspects of the college are a big win for itself. The fest are wonderful and I personally look forward to attending each one of them and its not just me but the majority of the crowd of this college. Bsss is itself known and very popular for the fest it organises. They are very lively and engaging.

The admission procedure was simple and up to the mark. It has personal interview where you have to screen through to top most executives of the college. Altho later on I found out that this screening had nothing to do with who has a good personality or who is more deserving and eligible for the college as I have spent one more than one year in this college and I have seen different types of people few deserving you not deserving and you not deserving of education but yet everyone is still here which is in that much of a problem but just the part that they are here just to create mischief and to create a complete chaos within the college among the professors and of course among the students disturbing everyone's life. So I believe this screening procedure could have been better and could have been more credible but the factors it is not at least not in this college.

The faculty is okay okay. Few of the professors are genuinely good and are aware of what they are teaching but on the other hand there is a huge number or I would say a significant number of professors who do not know what they are teaching and how they are bonding with the students. I personally found out a lot of self proclamation among the professors everyone proclaiming that I have such a big background and I have been teaching for two decades 3 decades for decades which does not make sense when you yourself don't know what you are teaching and you yourself or not aware of your own subject. Overall if I had to say the professor to student ratio is just fine it could have been better but it's not any worse.

No I didn't have any GD nor anyone else in this college during the admission procedure but we did have personal interviews where we were asked various questions about the courses we are about to select about our 10th and 12th history like how we perform from what school we are I am from what board we are.
