Most Discipline but less activity

Infrastructure is worst, teaching is ok, not much fun activities. But one thing is best that is Preparation for placement and some mock interview that are helpful in placement.

I took admission through Rpet result with 9000 rank. Computer engineering is best branch because I love logical part and coding is all about logic. There is no interview required for admission.

My branch was computer engineering so here we were completely focused on coding so for coding they arrange different session from some external faculty and all labs are based on coding. Similar for civil they arrange some survey camps for mechanical and electrical they arrange some industrial tour so student can familiar with external world.

No there is not any internship facilities. Some students do internship through there own talented and they got stipend upto 8k to 10k. Otherwise most of the students joined some training institute or pay money for their internships.

There are 2-3 mnc visit campus. Like Infosys (3.25 lacs), capgemini(3.15), and they hired approx 200 students. After then 20-25 small companies (2-3 lacs) visit college and they select approx 250 students. And some students are placed through off campus drive. So placement is approx 500.

Every year 2-3 event organised in poornima college. Aarohan is celebrate in the month of November in which some game, fun and dance activity and this event is of 3 days. And then in Feb they organised Proyagam which is the event for project exhibition.

The fees structure is normal fees they are fixed by Rtu i.e 70000 plus they took some extra charge for book which is 7500 and also some nba acrodition charge which is 3500. Do per annum fees is approx 81000 rupees. Transportation charges is also very high apply 15k to 20k

There is no much schollarship facilities available by college there is only 5 students got some scholarship but you can take education loan from any bank

Gender ratio boys : girls is 3:1 Not much parties by college side, they provide so many workshop for practical knowledge. There is no intolerance feeling at all.no diversity on the bases of color or cast. Labs are with ac facilities. No sports activity in campus.

Hostel rooms not much good. There are 3 people share a single room. RO and cooler facilities are available and also free WiFi. Food is not much good in taste. They provide breakfast lunch dinner as well as refreshments in evening. Charge for hostel is not much expensive approx 85k

Not much interaction with senior. Ranging is completely banned. Few are in attachment and they are very helpful and always give best advice

Exam in poornima is very hactic. They took two midterm in each semester. And every days two exam took place. So it is all about very hactic days for all students. Some time they took Class test also in normal days. And labs also hactic because Viva and all are take complete day for whole class.

My admission was on the basis of my Rpet result by the counseling. I filled a form in where I choose the branch in which I want to take admission and the name of all prefer college from my side and out of my choice and rpet rank decided my college. Within 15 days I got a college notification.

Faculties are not much educated lots of them just completed there b tech and now preparing for higher studies or some are m-tech passed out. But if we talk about particular subject all teachers worked hard. They make their own notes and deliver their lecture in positive way.
