- Since it's a designing college the sewing machines does not work properly at times and you've to adjust at times
- To complete the syllabus sometimes the faculty rush the portion
Course Curriculum Overview
The cource curriculum is so far so good. aAs it's a designing college everything from the base is taught including hand stitches, machine practice, sketching, paintings everything from the start. The college also conducts outdoor visits to different exhibitions and different factories where one can witness the process of making of fabric, yarns , silks etc. lot of industrial visits are also done
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is quite expensive but also affordable if we look at the course offered. It includes everything and also the best learning. The fees is inclusive of everything like tution service etc. the mode of payment is also flexible and you have to pay in installments and not all together
Campus Life
The overall experience is good as the college provides classrooms for everyone which is fully air conditioned and also an activity room with various games like carom table tennis etc. it also has a vending machine. The infrastructure is also very good and pleasing
Admission
There was no entrance needed during the admission in NIFD. The admission process was quite easy as you just have to visit the centre and clear all your doubts and they give you the estimate which you have to pay first installment in a week to book your seat and the rest once the academic year starts. Since the admission process was hastle free I liked it
Faculty
The faculties of NIFD GLOBAL BORIVALI are good and helpful as well. They are kind and teaches you properly. Also clears doubts as many times you ask and always try to make you understand the concept properly. The faculties are very friendly as well and students enjoy the lectures.
