Think before joining ATME

The curriculum of the college comes under VTU curriculum and this didn't made me to choose the course but I felt by seeing the name artificial intelligence it is the leading tech right now and i opted the course not from the curriculum of the college The curriculum of vtu is most theoretical and we don't get more hands-on soo this won't help in placement but may help in accademic perspective They need to change more in curriculum they need to add what's more important for an engineer than wt's not required itself The sem end exams will appear once in 4months and IA will comes every month

In our college the placement will start from 7th semester and the placement is not 100% . One shouldn't wait for college to give placement they should look any other way to get placed like our campus . The companies are too less which visit our college. Companies like IBM and INFOSYS are less often seen . As I have heard the highest package is 12 lakh per annum. 50% of the student get placed . After getting degree i would like to work for the improvement in technology with satisfactory paid job

The fee structure in the college compared to other Mysore colleges can be acceptable but being a student can say that's too high they hike the fee every year upto 10000 and they force us to pay at once before the starting of new academic year . The complete cost of education for a non cet student will be more than 2.5 lakh as I am a general quota student I won't get any scholarship as I have seen SSP scholarship is the only thing they provide . I think college has not taken any campus employment steps yet . That's the most negative abt the college

We have annual festival called ATMEYA which will be conducted every year many actors from film industry will be called and a concert will be held by kannada singers tech fest are less often seen . The Library has good amount of books and has many journals and we can access library though internet using college credentials. College will have sports activities from vtu . The college has many small small social media held by students to give the updates of college

The eligibility is that you must have a CET ranking below a lakh and if not college has the option in management quota. The application form can be applied in ATME. On website or else you could come to the college and fill it and the fee structure will be given for AIML 2.5 lakh will be the min amount for management. The exams will be from vtu the exam will be conducted once in 4 months difficulty level is medium it's easy to pass it we have some knowledge on it.

Some faculties are so helpful that we need to remember them for life . The faculty to student ratio in approx is 67:5 we have 67 students in our department and we have 5 teachers.. the faculties in our department are not so much good in teaching. But we can has they are some what good in mentorship but teaching wise some teachers should improve a lot . They interact with us often and we can approach the faculties whenever they are free in the staffroom this may be added as one of the positive point
