Good college with good placements!!

For sure No bad remarks. Good college having good campus ,learnt many things from there. Management is excellent.

For getting admission in the college I gave jee exam. On the basis of jee mains rank I got admission in the college getting Mechanical branch. In the exam I scored 154 marks and got 89.4% in my 12th cbse board exams and got 52018 all india rank. After that I had applied for all india online counselling and in first round, I got my number in UIET kuk in Mechanical as a stream so I registered for that and chose the same course.

The course curriculum is useful in the matter of fact that some of the subjects like Automobile engineering, Thermodynamics,Kinematics of machine etc. These subject gave me practical knowledge about industries and all. In Automobile engineering different parts of an Automobile is discussed in detail and their function is explained correctly which help in industrial exposure.

No the college doesn't provide internship. As such the college only provides the latter pad signed by the director and the students have to take internship in companies based on their performance in interview of the company.

Placement in our college has increased to 30-40% in recent 3years as the college is now A+ categorized. In campus about 60% students were placed. Companies like Infosys,wipro,IBM etc visits the campus regularly for computer science. And for mechanical engineering companies like Adani gas, asahi glass, flour denial, Samsung visited the campus and gives package of 3.5 lacs at an average. Adani gave highest package of 4.10 lacs and Infosys gave lowest package of 3.20 lacs.

The events like Talent show , Excelsior, pratispardha,Brain o mania are organised in the college on a regular basis. Excesior is a cultural fest organised at National level. Many colleges participate in it. In talent show students are given chance to showcase their hidden talents.

The fee structure is neither feasible not expansive. It lie in between them. The college fee per semester is approx 30000/- which may not be in the reach of poor family but still different scholarships are provided for the students which may help them to get a relief from the fee.

One girl policy's scholarship is there in the college and also scholarships for the category students are also available. Well Some lesser amount of scholarship is also provided for the talented minds. No there is no loan facility in the college.

Campus crowd is mostly haryanvi.campus is good having a gender ratio of 1000:950 approx. Workshop is organised for the btech students once in a year namely Autokriti in which knowledge about diffrent vehicles is given. Debate competitions are also organised at state level in the college campus. Sports competition is organised college wise once in a year.

The hostel facilities are good. Hostel rooms are well ventilated. Rooms are well furnished and renovated yearly. There is no problem of hostel seats. There are many hostels provided for diffrent courses offered by the kurukshetra university. The mess food is average and economical.

The college seniors are very helpful and make most of the difficulties easy by ensuring a better way to do a thing. As such I have an experience that my senior is currently working in adani gas limited and he guided me to prepare for the adani and with his helpful efforts now I got recruited by adani.

If I talk about the exams and labs, this is the thing in which the college lacks the exam pattern is set in a way that no practical knowledge is applied while giving exam and the labs are not well organised. So I can say at the end of the day the students are tired as they have to do th3 same bo4ing thing again and again in th3 same lab.

First of all I registered for the online counselling when the notification was released on 29june 2014. In the application form there were categories of different choices I filled up my selected colleges and different streams that I want. On the basis of that counselling, I got admission in btech course in kurukshetra university in university institute of engineering and technology.

The faculty of our college is well qualified and also supporting. They are always ready to help us. A master class is organised in weekends to clear the doubts on a particular subject and a specialized teacher take all the doubts. This I can say the teachers are well qualified,professional and having ready to help nature.
