- College Campus, i mean the campus is big according to area wise but majorly the area is covered with grasses
- Mess food is bearable, i mean taking 2000 per month is ok for providing that kind of food facilities
- College location is at perfect place, not to far away from the city
Dislikes
- Administration is not responsible for providing even basic faciloties to students
- Faculties in any department are below average as they are unresponsive and rude at the same time
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus is quite big for each semester...it becomes even difficult when it is not being taught by the faculties....also the syllabus is very old and and not even updated....i mean if you want to real cope up with the real world you should atleast umdeestand that this kind of syllabus will not help you
Internships Opportunities
Microsoft, google, geshaw, goldman sachs gives 2 month internship with stipend of 1 lakh per month...and for core companies it is less about 30000/- for btech and 40000/- for mtech....and in final year they also provide placements...
Placement Experience
I am still in my 2nd year so i wont be able to provide details much about the placements but according to the stats of previous year the placements went down due to recession...so i would be able to explain it briefly when i will be siiting for the campus
Fees and Financial Aid
For obc/general above 5 lakh the total cost is approx 780000/-which is very high....and for sc/st and obc below 1 lakh is 200000/-....and for obc betwn 1lakh to 5lakh it costs arround 500000/- which is for government institute is high....there is not scholarship for obc above 5 lakh....and there are scholarship for sc/st students....
Campus Life
The best event that happens here is e summit and maffick which happens during march....and the clubs are good which makes you involved with various activities...also it provides good relationship with seniors.....the campus life is good but if you are here for placements....you have to be focused...and the hostels for boys are alloted according to the semester grades....
Hostel Facilities
There are 12 hostels in which 2 hostels are for girls and rest for the boys....the worst hostels among them are 1, 2 which are not renovated for a long time and even they are triple seater which makes it worse....the best among them are 10a, b, c, d which are double seater and have good wifi facilities....the mess food is average....hostels are alloted on the basis of semester sgpa or cgpa...but only for boys...for girls there is no such criteria and they live in same hostels...
Admission
The admission process was smooth....you have to apply first at the website provided and then submit it to the desk while providing all the documents...the benefit for sc/st is very high as it requires almost 80 percentile or even less for taking admission in this college regardless of the branch
Faculty
I mean the faculties are almost useless if tbey cannot handle the doubts of the students.....they just give the syllabus and beliieve that students can do their study by themselves...some of the faculties are very nice but most of them are very egoish about their position
