Excellent college

From my matriculation I was interested in construction activities of bridges which led me to choose this course. It doesn't throw an impact in real world applications because it consists of practical things which needs experience.though knowledge of civil engineering is must to understand before actually doing practice at site. Timing of exams is not issue for me as I well prepared myself before that..the difficulty level I faced is attempting a question which I don't know. Teaching methods are quite good without any improvement

Our college was offering placements and it was not a surprise that 90% students got placed. From 4th year ie 7th semester students became eligible for campus placements. Various companies visited:-Cognizant,Wipro,HCL,Tata,Infosys,Mindtree,Trinity,William hare offering 3-5 lakhs per annum. Highest package was 7 lakhs and average package-3 lakhs. 90% of students got placed in renowned company. After getting the degree I got placed in campus in William hare as a designer and pursued my carier in designer

The tuition fees were increased at every 2nd year with regular intervals. The complete cost of my education is 4 lakh inclusive of all. The amount of scholarship for a topper of my stream is 1000 at that time and financial aid for weaker students are provided too. Campus employment undertaken by me was package of 3 lakhs per annum and my job role was design engineer for structural steel.

Good Friday and Christimas are organised every year with full of zeal and enthusiasm. Some 2k books and 3k journals are found in college library to boost students learning ability. Our classroom were Air conditioned and well cleaned and a research organisation related to space were also there in our adminstrative block along with scientists.

The facilities provided in the rooms were seperate bedroom and wardrobe for each student's.. intercom facilities,racks. The food quality was excellent both beg and non veg.. breakfast is served with idly,dosa,upma followed by chicken,fish in non veg and paneer in veg once in a week Registration process was simple with photographs name ,etc.to be filled up and is easily affordable with average rates. In the 3rd year we rented a room for 6 people on sharing basis for some 5000 Rs

Eligibility criteria is selection through govt entrance exam and also management quota seats are also available. Application form is found at registrar office with application form and dates on it. Reservation is for OBC and Christian minorities since it is a Christian College. Areas of improvement is that if a particular date is given to a student for admission then it should be done on the same day irrespective of difficulties arising out of it.admission should not be a cause of harassment to the students as well as their parents who comes from long distance for their child admission

Our college faculty members are well qualified and have indepth knowledge.their approach to teaching is in quite simple language that even a layman can understand if they pay attention to their teaching.Their mentorship is quite amazing in such a way that we built in confidence amongst ourselves. Whenever I have doubt , without hesitation I approached them and they explained in a beautiful manner with better clarification.
