Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is quite vast but it's very useful. We have subjects covering anatomy, physiology, pathology, SPM, pharmacology all the naturopathy treatments, physiotherapy, and acupuncture. The curriculum is suited to gain very much knowledge in this field.

Internships Opportunities

The internship is quite hectic yet it's useful. It offers the opportunity to work in various departments in the government hospitals around Chennai includes the MMC, OMC, Royapettah GH, and KMC. The stipend is currently about 27000 rupees per month.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Course is very much affordable. The tuition fee is actually about 800 rupees per annum. Apart from it, the exam fees and arrear fees should be paid separately. The exam fees come at about 900 rupees per paper and for each year end exam, the total cost comes to around 12000 only.

Campus Life

The campus does not offer any exposure to cultures, outdoor activities, or sports. There is no proper ground in this campus . No proper parking facilities , no extracurricular activities. There are no projectors inside the classroom for educational purposes.

Admission

The admission process is simple and affordable. The application fee. Costs around 500 rupees. It's also available on the official website. The cut-off is based on state board marks cut off till now. The range of cut-off required should be around 180 - 198.

Faculty

The Faculties are Quite Friendly but still they can be annoying at times. They are quite approachable, yet they restrict a bit in teaching as they see others as competition.

A College that builds knowledge,confidence and memories

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate,which helps in consistent preparation,however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning,and modern teaching methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

Placement Experience:

Placement is little dull in this college due to students nature , most of the Students are move to higher education. They offer Placement in the final year if you are interested just apply for it. Moreover you can use the college brand name to get job opportunities outsides. My plan after completing my degree is move for post graduation and to clear any competitive examination. The highest placement in the college is upto 13lakh per annum. Its very decent for a arts amd science college. And this college provides more intership opportunities in the final year.

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is a famous one and it is studied by many higher officials. The faculty is very good and talented, students ratio is 500:900.
