College campus is beautiful and well maintained
Classrooms are very neat. College provides opportunities and facilities for the education of the students

Dislikes

In this college neither us nor our juniors got freshers day programme inside the college.
In self financing courses, some of the faculties are already retired from aided because of age and rejoined.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course bcom Taxatio because this will help you to learn about taxes in India. First two years are common subjects and specialisation starts from the 5th semester. There will be no lag on Exams and their results.

Internships Opportunities

College provides opportunity for abroad internship. Students will have to pay a specified fee. Through interships, students can gain practical knowledge about the course they are learning. Internship will be added to the CV of the student for placement

Placement Experience

Placement process starts from the end of fifth semester. College provides training programmes for students who have interest in placement. Salary packages varies between companies from 15K-45K per month.

Fees and Financial Aid

In bcom, Merit students have fees of 21K per annum. And for students who have joined through management quota, they have to pay 50K per annum (fees may vary according to their marks from plus two). Students who have good marks in semester exams can apply for fee concession.

Campus Life

Christ College library have huge collection of books. Students can ask for books that are not available in the library. All classrooms in the college are equipped with projector and speakers. It can be used for effective learning There will be sports festival and arts festival.

Students can give Application through the official website of Christ College. All the details can be found through the website. In our batch, cut off marks for bcom aided was 99%. For Bcom self financing courses, cut off was 91-93%

Faculty

Some teachers are friendly and classes are good. Some teachers are already retired and rejoined. Thus their teaching methods are old. Faculties provides support and puts enough efforts for the growth of the students.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements in there 6th semester during 3rd year. The students has to score highest grades and should be capable of any skills and has to showed up in academic skills are eligible for getting placements. Sometimes the federal banks and other service centres approached the college for placing the students. The students from our department are placed in companies like( Tata Consultancy services and Accenture) . I think the highest package and average packages are around 25000. After all, my plans are degree is to getting placed in any reputed companies and further more.

The best college in calicut city

Remarks:

Our college is the best but the college have not a college bus and a canteen. The students are come to the college with bikes and cars and private bus and students are eating food from out of the college campus and other hotels.

This college is oretty famous in this area , and also extremely affordable in my standards to be honest. I havent applied to any other colleges , except for one that was abroad. I didnt get a reply from that college , so i joined this college , and the decision is not one which i regret i guess. Admission process was easy , just had to wait in lines a bit , talk with the principal and faculty. Overall experience was genuinely great.
