The truth about the LNCT college if you are in core branch

The course curriculum was so much detailed and comprehensive as it was inspired from the IITs itself but there is other side of the page, specifically talking about my course it was not that much effective in teaching the real world applications . Plus it does not cater you to be confident in your domain. But after all the lacking, the exams and there level were quite good and competitive preparing you for self learning rather being dependent on someone. The areas which need improvement is, teaching about the modern world application of the course and the tools and practices which are being used in today's world, then only a student will feel confident in building career out of it.

There were no internships in my branch .but i have done few projects which gave me exposures to some of the internship outside the college . The help in the project by faculties was quite appreciable.

One of the best thing about the college is the placement opportunity they provide. If you are above average student you will definitly get placed in one of the companies . The training and placement office is quite good in bringing companies but only in CS IT role. Yes yes ,this is only catch if you took admission in any of the core core branches beacuse no core company visits in the campus you have to look for opportunities outside college. But if you are CS IT Student you will definitly get placed. The percentage of placement of student was very high as well as quantity of package . As there was nil opportunities for me I was Preparing for government exams.

I would say the fee structure is quite reasonable seeing the opportunities they are providing. There is no fee hike at sudden, plus there is no irregularity in it. The complete cost of course dosen't feel you that, you have wasted your money. Plus there is availabilty of Fee Waivers for meritorious student, which need to be avail duirng the tiime of admission with relevant government documents and state scholarships for reserved category students which need to be availed every year of the course. Fee waiver cutoff almost 70% of your course fee while state scholarships give you amount of 40%-45% of the course fees depending on which category you belongs. One of the best thing in this college is the employment opportunities, you will definitly get placed within various company visit But the only catch is you have to be in CS IT branch because there is no placement for core branches specially CIVIL.

The campus life was good but it will definitly make you feel like college . As there is a uniform in the college. The Infrastructure was humongous but the lack proper clubs and activities .like there is all those things on the papers but not on real life. The labs were quite good and effective . The library was too good having all the books you want.

The elgibility of the course was not so hectic, any science graduate with 55% or above marks can get admission, plus if you have given any entrance exam (JEE Mains) it will ultimately help you in reducing your fees.The addmission process was so easy , you can directly visit the college campus and talk about the admission , they will assisst you properly and provide you all the details . You just need to carry all the important documents during admission. The process get completed within a day. I dont think there is any reservation benefits as it is a private college. The frequency and timings of the exam was on point there were no chances of cheating. The stress level was quite good ,making you to study hard .

The HODs and Proffesors were highly qualified but lack the teaching style or the lack practice of explaining things . Talking about Assisstant proffesors they were very supportive and know the problems and struggle of students. One can rely on the Proffesors if they need any personal teachings apart from regular lectures. The ratio of facuty to student is good, hence there is no sense of lack of education.
