Course Curriculum Overview
MBBS is a valuable course in terms of qualification but there is vast syllabus which is very difficult to memorise and the pressure of exams is like a headache from which the students gets frustrated.
Internships Opportunities
1 year of internship is compulsory for all the students of every batch after that a 1 year of rural service bond. The stipend for the internship is 18,000 per month which is less as compared to other states.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fess for the general and all AIQ students is 1,50,000 which is incresing at an average amonut of 10,000 per year and for OBC, ST/SC students it is only 15,000 and there's no scholarship provided by college.
Campus Life
The campus is not so good and the hostels are also not so good. The college has a library which was newly building few years ago. The college students organise fests by collecting funds from the students and the sports facilities are also not so good, we have a annual sports meet.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel's condition is not so good and the hostel are not allotted in first year due to unavailablity of hostels, the accommodation is 3 students in one room and there's no mess you have to buy tiffins and 1.5 km from college you can rent a PG room
Admission
All the MBBS colleges are allotted through Counselling process which was conducted by NMC and each college has a different cut-off last year my college has a cut-off for AIQ students is 610 marks for general category and for the state quota it is 596 marks
Faculty
Student by faculty ratio is 1:30 for per each department of anatomy, physiology, biochemistry. The faculty are good but there is less infrastructure that's reduce their effectiveness and interaction with students are not so good..
