- The college has an exquisite campus life and modern facilities, the canteen has good quality food in cheap prices, whole building is centralised Air conditioned
- The extra Curriculars are great here, various clubs and sports team are active
- The faculty is super excellent in their fields, they have vast knowledge in their areas and are super helpful.
Dislikes
- The attendance scheme isn't that strict, leading to increased absenteeism among students
- The campus isn't that large and sometimes feels bit crowded
- The fees structure could have been better, and library could be better in facilities
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is versatile and helps us in better understanding of accounts and industry, The course teaches us in various subjects such as tax, economics, audit, cost accounting, and business laws. The college offers better understanding of the whole concepts of accounts
Internships Opportunities
The college has recently started the summer internship course in which there are various companies from different sectors like IT, Health, Foods and beverages . The stipend goes around 2000 rupees a month. These internships develops your career as a whole and they make your resume more worthwile.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for campus placement from 5th Semester. Companies like ITC, delloite, boat have reached the college for placement. Students get an average package of 7 to 8 lakhs . 70 % of the students are hired every year . I am pursuing Company Secretary course along with bcom. So after bcom my plan is to work in any company or practice of my own
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is quite good it is around 35000 per semester. It is also quite affordable. It is better than other private colleges, we get quality education good infrastructure in an affordable price
Campus Life
Bhawanipur offers an vibrant social atmosphere where students can engage with diverse groups who share similar idea, views and believes. The college offers variety of sports like football, cricket, basketball, kabbadi. I personally play football in the bhawanipur football team .
Admission
The application procedure is quite simple you just need to fill the admission form within the respective date and you need to fill your class 12 marks . You can find the application form in the colleges website "thebges.edu.in" . If you are gujrati then you can avail benefits of reservation. You need to score minimum 60% to be eligible for the course . Exams are twice in a year one during april and the other during august.
Faculty
The faculty member are great, they help the students in solving their doubts, they have immense knowledge in fhe subjects, they provide us notes and handouts for better understanding of the subjects, they are really friendly and guide us
