What Students Say

Likes

Very nice university it provides many facilities like gym and swimming pool
And university provides very good facilities in hostels
And the lecturers are very good in teaching

Dislikes

They fines more on silly things as well.
They provide only one hour go out from hostel
It has some loop holes which students use to escape from rules

The subject in the course and the designing of course is very good and the materials which are provided through online of pdf's are very easy to understand and the course covers all the subjects which are included in gate exam

Management provides many internship oppurtunity in university itself amd they usually provide 6000-10000 per month. They provide internship in many departments like technical security department and admission cell etc.,

From 4th year 1st semester we are eligible for placements. There are many companies visiting like apple ,amazon, reliance ,wipro ,tcs etc., I am trying to crack the gate and get admission in iits rather than placement

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees generally increases per 2 years when i joined in 2022 it is 1.5 lakh. After my batch it is 2 lakh. May be they increase next year. But its an affordable college and the placements has been decreased due to recession but last year highest package is 2 cr per annum

Management conducts many events like freshers day, dhoom festival, annual festival, new year party. And many etc., the cultural activities and all types of activities are more in parul university and they also encourage

Hostel facilities are very good in university and they are very well maintained they provides very good fiod in mess and the rooms have the best furniture and room cleaning and bathroom cleaning come daily

Admission

The eligibilty of course is any two year intermediate course or 3 year diploma. The process of applying is in online and offline and the fees depends on the merit and reservation and where he belongs to as well.

Teachers are very good at teaching except some faculty but the maximum faculties have a great qualifications like ph.d in cse but the fact is that most of the teachers teach by seeing the pdf in smart panels other than their own knowledge

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.

In our college placement starts from 7th semester and students are eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package is around 21 lakh and avg package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs(companies are tcs , tatvasoft , argusoft , IBM etc.) many students get placement like more than 50 % my simple plan is to get a good job from campus placement and do job after my graduation.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student
