Course Curriculum Overview
The college is affiliated to AKTU and follow its curriculum. The extra effort the college puts in to prepare the students for the real-world scenario is by organising various factory visits and enforcing students to work on different projects.
Placement Experience
The students are eligible for placement after the 4th year only as it is directed by AKTU. 1800+ offers were made in the year 2022-23. The highest package offered was 55.13 LPA and the average was 6LPA. 93% of students got placed. I am currently planning to take a job after the degree and then invest the money in business.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for a batch is fixed and cannot be increased. They will tell you each and every expense and other than that you need not pay a single penny. You can complete your BTech (CSE) for under 6 lakhs. Many MNCs like Amazon, Microsoft, and TCS visit for campus placements and provide huge packages to deserving students.
Campus Life
Freshers' party is held in September every year and after that, there is an annual fest named GENERO which is organized in April or May. The library includes all the books that are required in the course. The campus is fully air-conditioned and every classroom has a projector, the labs are very big and well-maintained. The college campus includes a swimming pool, a floodlit ground, a basketball court, a volleyball court, and cricket training nets. Many activities keep going on like competitions, TED talks, dance, and drama. skit, debate, modeling. Students enroll in many activities like hackathons and run their small businesses which help them earn some money and also they are able to know about the real-world scenario. These things make students ready for jobs and give them experience in many fields.
Admission
You need a minimum 90 percentile in JEE (mains) or 95% in 12th PCM to be eligible for the course. The application form can be filled on this site abes.ac.in or you may visit the college for admission purposes. You can avail reservation benefits if you apply through AKTU counseling. The difficulty level of exams is really high. No one picks up the call on the number listed on the website so it becomes difficult to get proper information.
Faculty
It is obviously not possible for a teacher to assist every student in a class of 80 students, but if you go to the teacher they will surely help you with any of your queries. The teachers are approachable and if you maintain your image in front of them they will manage everything you need in the college.
