- The campus area is beautifully built on 28 acres of land
- College has an amazing underground library which has automatic book bank
- The college has a separate Placement cell which provides opportunities for internships and placements
Dislikes
- The classrooms doesn't have air conditions so it's difficult to study in peak summer
- Some of the faculty members do not care about their syllabus, they just provide notes pdf, and their work is done
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because of my interests in computer and mathematics This curriculum prepares us for working in IT firms It can be improved by having practical education instead of theory based one. College conducts 3 sessional examinations in each semester, out of which best 2 are considered for our internal marks.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies visit offer internship opportunities to you if you're eligible for it, these internships provide you experience which in return help you in getting placed at the end of the course. These companies also provide you certificates for internships
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for internships from 4th semester and they become eligible for campus placement from 6th semester There're numerous offers made every year Highest package is 43 LPA and average is 7-8 LPA More than 95% of the Students from CSE/IT/ECE department gets placed
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for first year is 1.4 lakhs and it's 1.2 lakhs per year from second year onwards as per AKTU Complete cost of education is 6 lakhs + mandatory 7.5k each year for examination fees The college provides scholarships which the UP government provides, students get scholarships if they're eligible
Campus Life
There's is an annual fest 'Zelicon' held every year in the month of November or December The library has various range of books and journals available The classroom doesn't have much facilities, just a lecture stand, a blackboard and benches The college has a big ground, a separate basketball court and their gym has many sports accessories which we can borrow There're numerous societies made by each department like Quanta from electronics department, IEEE from electrical department, NCS/MMIL/GDSC from cse department
Admission
The college takes admission through JEE mains rank through AKTU counseling, your rank should be around 70000 to take admission here Application form is available on AKTU website with fees and application dates mentioned there only There're reservations for sc/st/obc/ews College conducts three sessional examination which are purely based on aktu pyqs
Faculty
There's one faculty for 72 students Majority of the faculty members are PhD graduates with having great experience of teaching, they're very passionate about making you learn the subject. We can interact with then whenever they're free and Majority of them are very approachable
