Course Curriculum Overview
The course is over 4 years with exams yearly. The curriculum is a bit large and there are too many portions to cover in a little time. So everything happens in a rush so it is difficult for the students to cover the portions. The course curriculum is good.
Internships Opportunities
Internship is available at our college and the medical college hospital itself as a part of a community nursing service program which would last about six to nine months. The stipend is available for all for about 15000 rupees. The program gives us students a golden opportunity to learn about the profession but it is important to comment about workload during this period.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fees are 20000 per annum. It is affordable. There is additional expenses for books and exam fees, etc. There are scholarships and financial assistance provided under the scheme egrantz. There are many other scholarships also.
Campus Life
Campus life is the most magnificent thing in the college. There are a lot of club activities. I was actively involved in magazine and drama clubs those are the most cherished moments in my life. Annual college day is the most happening day of the year. There are a wide variety of books available in the library. The college clubs really make us find our long-lost talents.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is average, it is adjustable for the amount we pay. There are large rooms available with a maximum of 3 persons which yearly change. Food quality is adjustable. Hostel facility is available and affordable for all.
Admission
The admission process is based on 12th marks during my admission time on the LBS Centre for science and Technology page. There are reservation benefits. For admission we should take the core subjects for twelfth on physics chemistry and biology and more than 50% marks should be attained in it.
Faculty
Faculty members are well qualified with years of medical experience. It's really an honor to learn from them. They support us to get through this miserable but something good to others course. Their mentorship qualities are just great.
