Course Curriculum Overview
I didn't have a keen intrest in my subject but the professors keeps the topic understanding easy . Professors usually teach the curriculum of older times but it is useful in some ways . There are exams in every 1 and a half months
Internships Opportunities
There are companies which offer internship in college like Schneider they give a stipend around 25000 . Where only few students are selected. There is a mini project in 2nd and 3rd year and a major project in 4th year there will be a faculty who will help in this projects
Placement Experience
From 6th sem the students gets eligible for campus placement and they are hired by reputed companys like L&T , Yamaha ,MG etc . The highest package after the course completion is around 100000 lakhs per annum and around 70 percent students gets placed . My plans are to do higher study as my field requires more knowledge in this
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarship opportunities available in the college and also the fees of government seat is 5000 while self financed seat is 142000 . They average placement placed will be around 50000 here and there is a compulsory internship every year
Campus Life
The annual fest is known as Udaan and the tech fest is known as genesis there is library and a lot of books are available and easy to access with digital library also installed. The classrooms are renovating and smart board is available in each room . There is not much support in sports . Many social group and clubs are runned here with different skill required like space ,robotics , coding , vehical making etc.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels of bvm is quite good as it offer a lot of infrastructure in the room including study table AC and cupboard with book racks . The mess food is pathetic and same food is served almost everyday . The hostel is inside the campus and very easy to get a room in hostel
Admission
There are two types of seats government aided and self financed seat in government aided the rank of cutoff is 18000 for mechanical through acpc around 1500 for cse 3000 for IT 9000 for electronics and around 18000 for civil. And self financed seats are only available in IT ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION AND MECHANICAL
Faculty
The professors are good and always eager to help students with there problem there is a counselor teacher alloted which handles 30 students per counsellor.profesor usually give there no. To students so that they can coordinate any time
