Remarks

Since i am from this college, what ever i am today or will be in the future,i would certainly credit this college.

Entrance Preview

I opted this college because it is the same community that i belong to and hence felt that i could be polished well in this college and would pinnacle to the top after my exit from here, and this was one of the main reason why opted for this college, and looking back today i regret less for this decision.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I felt the course curriculum looking back today was not very much upto the mark if compared to the other colleges, and i felt that a lot can be done if one had to compare with the many other colleges of that period, relatively comparing them i felt our college lacked behind them.

Internships Opportunities

the internship during my tenure was not very popular and was not heard so freely as it is today, hence i cannot comment on it.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placements and job opportunities did exisit but it was not done in a big way as it is done today, and the companies that did come had a very limited opportunites and the candidates for them were comparatively very high, hence difficult to get through.

College Events

3

the events that were celebrated in the college includes the annual day, sports day, parents and teachers meet, and in between there were events like fancy dress competions and other similar events on a regular basis not to forget excursions as well,in total events were on a regular basis.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure in the college was definately on the feasable side and in no words can it be called as expensive, more so comparing the various other universites that had a huge fee structure not to forget the intial deposit etc, comparitive this college was very much feasible.

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarship and loan if offered were to a selective fee and hence these words were not very popular in this college compaing to the other colleges where this was more rampantly used more so because their fee structure was big.

Campus Life

3

The campus life was good and hectic, gender ratio was 80/20 and diversity was limited, the extracurricular activites did happen, not to forget the laboratary, the sports activities and the various competitions that took place at regular intervals and quite enjoyable.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

There was no hostel facilities as such, but the mess had limited items that were sold in a subsidised price and was worth buying and the quality of it was also good, the mess deserves full points as it was one of the joint which all students used to their full.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumini network or the senior students were good and when approached for help, readily helped and were not bully type like the other colleges.

Exam Structure

The exam structure was in tune with the other affilated colleges and had to be gone through in three years time for B.com and the structure was long and hard but ultimately it went through with flying colours, looking back i fell it as a good experience.

Admission

I had a recommendation from one of the well wishers of the college and since i belong to the same commitee this recommendation helped me gain admission to this college with very little effort and not to forget the marks which i had were also an added feather in the cap.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty of my college were good but still i felt looking back today that they could bave been better,on the whole i had a experience which has helped me today to be a better person ,so what ever i am today i would certainly credit my faculty for this.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect will be accounting that made me choose this couse. The curriculum made me to prepare for future accounting field works and knowledge around the field. The improvements that I suggest may is to add more relevent real life job experience in subject books itself. As per me who is one of a topper student in my college, The difficulty is moderate to me and timing of exams are more enough to fill all the questions.

Placement Experience:

In MCC there is placement but it's not 100% placement, only 10 to 20 from a class of 60 gets placed, so when it comes to placement it's upto to you and your skills. Normaly the placement enrollment starts at beginning of your 5th semester or end of your fourth semester, you can opt for placement or higher study. The highest package was from Standard Chartered & Deloitte it was 6 Lakhs CTC. Accenture, TCS and some well known companies will participate in placement drive. The average package will be Rs.3.5 Lakhs CTS. I'm planning to go for higher studies while doing a part time job after getting degree.
