College is all and all good but there is a problem for placement and as it is an autonomous college we have to behave properly in front of teachers and we could get better college in Bangalore for the same Ranking so I advise to all the students that prefer Bangalore colleges than this college
Entrance Preview
I had scored 17301 ranks in cet and according to it in North Karnataka I had the only choice but to choose this college as the management seats are very costly and cost around 10 to 15 lakhs for 4 years which is not affordable to middle-class families and the city is also not that costly so it is affordable to study in if you are an outsider.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is mostly on electronics and communication process and it's mostly theory and a lot less experimental. The course could be more on hardware and application based because we mainly do the application work in our jobs and their training period will also be less if the course was more based on that topics.
Internships Opportunities
No. Although other departments like industrial and production department in our college provide internship and stipend to 15000rs for 2 months and its great. But our department does not give much importance in that area
Placement Experience
In our college main placement is TCS and this year's placement is not even 50%. If you have come to college for placement opportunities then this college is not at all the college you are looking for so best choose any colleges from Bangalore. In this college, they only teach the students for TCS purpose and they don't even try to bring other companies for placement.
College Events
Cultural is not given that much importance in our college and so fest mainly consists of technical events and workshop and technical competition sort of things like robot race, technical quizzes, technical treasure hunt etc. These types of events happen twice a year, one by IEEE organization and other by college people. Other events are fresher and send off.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Cet fees are of 60000rs and college development fee is 15000.if you are opting for management then u have to give a donation to college and 1.5 lakhs yearly and the donation is based on departments. the Popular department has higher cost and less department have less donation.

Yes. There is a yearly scholarship of around 25000rs that is offered by the name of vidyasarathi offered to obc students and some other scholarship of around 20000rs to sc st students
Campus Life
In our department, there is a 2:1 ratio of girls to boys. Labs are all good and they give importance to sports and technical competition are given importance to by our faculties but we can get more exposure in other colleges than in our college. There are less English fluently spoken people in our college so debates are less given importance.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel fees are of 22000 and mess bill is of 25000rs a year. The hostel is really good but the mess food is not that good. We tend to regret opting for a hostel for the mess food. You also have the option for room and pg's near college but there will be electricity problems and water problems. We get wifi, generator facilities in the hostel which we will be unable to get outside hostels.
Alumni/Alumna
No, we don't get that much contact from our alumni. Seniors are good and they help us with our projects and all. They give us good advice about how to survive and get a job after college as I have mentioned above that we don't get good placement in our college
Exam Structure
The exam structures are divided into 2 parts. 1st part is the monthly internals, they are taken 3 times and divided into 15 marks each and 5 marks are for assignments. 2nd part is the semester end exam and it is of 50 marks. If the sum of internal marks is less than 20 then you fail in that subject and you have to re-attempt that subject and the failed subjects must be less than 4 otherwise you are not eligible for the next year
Admission
We had to write an entrance exam and based on the score procured in that exam and our board percentage we were given ranking and based on that rank we had to apply for college that was allowed for us. First, we get the rank and then we have to go to alloted place for document verification and then the college will be ranked to us based on our choice entry we get colleges and we have to go there for admission.
Faculty
The teachers are good although they could have been more fluent in English. Rest the lecturers are hardworking and try to make us understand the topics. Our branch's course has more derivations so it's not their fault. Faculties are well experienced and their subject understanding is up to the mark
