Remarks

College is good and is managed well with flexibility and given utmost importance to students.

Entrance Preview

College is Modular based study syllabus and is Autonomous University. It is flexible in its exam and assignment also has in depth topic studies. Teaching method is modern like projector learning. It is also close to my house and feasible to travel and timings are also good

Course Curriculum Overview

4

It is modern in a way in teaching. Faculty are experienced and projection learning Technic is used to engage classes. Teaching staff are well experienced and have good knowledge about the topics. They give live examples about the study and enhance individual thoughts.

Internships Opportunities

No. College will give authentication letter for internship but one has to find his own company and do work for 2 months.

Placement Experience

3

In final year we have to do internship on our own and if we perform well company may directly recruit us. Also we have a dissertation project in final year where every individual has to do that. This will give us an in depth knowledge about the subject and will help in finding job

College Events

3.5

"AKAIRA" is the annual cultural function celebrated with grandiar. This is celebrated with more colorful. An distinguished guest is invited on the day and is celebrated for two continuous days with lots of glitz and colorfulness. College also gives importance to sports too.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Through PGCET it is feasible and economical. Management fees are costlier. I paid 90000 for 1st year MBA through PGCET. If a person comes under management them college accepts a fees of 230000 for 1st year. So pupil studied kn Karnataka for past 7 years can write exam enter through CET quota.

Fees and Financial Aid

THOMSAN REUTIERS Scholarship is applied and yet to receive from them. There is scholarship available to OBC students from Karnataka government

Campus Life

4.5

Is is vast here. Get lot of exposure and benefits to students.college is placed in the heart lf the city NEW BEL road next to Ramaiah hospital Bangalore. One gets great exposure to outside world. College also supports extracurricular activities. It has good labs and sports departments.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel is 3.5/5 and Mess food is 3/5. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. The fees are affordable with good quality infrastructure. Mess is good food are good. Also one can get nutritional food with different food on different days. No one can complaint about the quality of food.

Alumni/Alumna

Very helpful. Strong Alumni network is formed and maintained by the college.2nd year college collects alumni fees too.

Exam Structure

It is modular based and assignment based. Every exam there is assignment . Exam we wrote for 100 and is given 50% weight age again assignment 100 marks weight-age same as theory. Getting 80+ is a challenge here. One has to give more time and in depth analysis about the topics.

Admission

I wrote state Karnataka Post Graduation entrance test and got admitted. Admissions process was first I paid government fees online to Government body KEA and later to my institution. Process is way one has to come to admission office with all the necessary documents and get admitted.

Faculty

4

Faculty are well experienced and right people are positioned for the right job. Teaching staff are well experienced and have good knowledge about the topics. They give live examples about the study and enhance individual thoughts. We have old and young faculty which is a right mix of teaching experience.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage
