A college not so good not so bad

The college management is not really effective...its kind of slow in their working...relevant actions here take too long to take place and things of irrelevance are taken into account with flashing speed....my only remark is that promises are made but not fulfilled....so have zero expectations when u take admission.

Because I am a resident of agra and it was convenient for me to study at someplace near agra...also it was cheaper as compared to other private colleges also when I visited the college it made many tempting promises and displayed that they provide best education one could get.

Our institute offers all the courses prescribed under the uptu curriculum but I must admit it has several backlogs which need to be looked at n corrected if Compared to the current scenario of growing technologies and its development our college rather university I must say, lags a lot behind. I am a student of computer science and all we are taught is c language course must include new languages like java n python which are more in use nowadays.

Nope, internships are just like a dream for this college. they do not provide internship nor they let u attend any internships anywhere.

Placement opportunities are very less in this college. A very few companies visit this college, among which are TCS, tata Mahindra and others as well. Only c based companies visit this college. The students here are forced to find the jobs by approaching off-campus placements.

There takes place a freshers party in the start of the first year..organized by second-year students for the welcome of first-year students and there occurs a farewell for the final year students organized by the third year students and in between not even a single cultural event is organized by the college there takes place a technical fest ,a sports meet ,and a literary fest organized at zonal level by the university it again is not on college level and occurs in any college selected by university so there are no fests held except one or two techno fest organized each year

The fee structure is pretty much feasible....its pretty reasonable..the total fees for the first year accounts to be a total of approx 1 lakh 4 thousand rupees and 60000 rupees per year additional if u need a hostel...and 15000 per year bus charges for day scholars while bus charges are nil for the hostellers...from second-year college fees becomes 92thousand and other charges remain the same

Yes, the college provides scholarships based on merit and uptu ranking...this criteria changes with passing years...and if someone is unable to pay the fees altogether they can talk to the director and seek permission to pay the fees in instalments by dropping an application.

Well there are proper classes starting from 9:10 ending at 4:15 which are compulsory to attend...though bunks are a pretty normal thing from the second year if not caught...there are proper labs ..and one could go sit in library during free lectures...there is a sports teacher but not a proper sports class ...and there is an additional robotics lab for interested students which is not a part of curriculum...talking of competitions there occurs a sports,literary and a technical fest organized at Zonal level by the university not by college...but our college also is a participant .

Hostel is fine it has rooms of three along with common washrooms and bathrooms at each floor hostellers receive 4 meals per day which includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner there is a proper variety of food so no one gets bored of eating the same food again there is a proper menu for the week and if someone is unwell he/she can ask for kichdi to be prepared for them there are a few problems which need to be mentioned first is that there are several insects in the hostel too many to handle with leave a mark when they bite this is though now being looked at and pest control takes place..yet the problem still persists second is that if u are a free girl its really hard to survive as there are a tons of restrictions imposed upon u which makes u feel as if u are in some jail whereas boys have all the freedom they need.

There is no popular alumni network one can look up to but yeah the senior students for sure are very cooperative...u can visit them for any sort of help may it be in academics or any other stuff or info one needs to know...they will always be available for your help.

There are two sessionals that take place in between the semester followed by a pre-university test...these all tests help teachers assess a student n give internal scores...and finally external examinations take place at the end of the semester each exam being of 70 marks which make up the external score...finally internal and external score of academics and practicals altogether are combined to give a final score.

I opted Uttar Pradesh State Engineering Entrance Exam ...and scored 296 marks...but unfortunately missed out the counselling ...and then suddenly came across this institute while searching for uptu colleges...n finally end up taking direct admission in gl bajaj Mathura with a 50% scholarship on tuition fees

Some faculty members hold pretty good knowledge in their respective fields and are very interactive with students make stuff seems easier...while other faculty members though having enough knowledge in their fields are unable to impart their knowledge to students they know stuff but don't know how to teach really they are unable to build up interest among students.
