Dislikes
- My college is in South and I am from North so I have language problem there usually all the people are comfortable in their mother tongue but honestly I didn't understand that.
- One more issue I have is that the food in our hostel is pure South Indian food like Idli,dosa,utthapam and I don't like that.
- The Students of our college and also the staff of our college are sometimes speaking in tamil language which is little bit difficult to catch them.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have choose Engineering in Electronics and Communication and honestly speaking I choose the right one.The course ECE prepared me for real world applications just because now the entire world is running behind new technology and innovation and for the electronics is much much important. But Our course need much much experiment and practical which I think our college has lack of this.Our college provide only lecture which is important but practical is also important. Our semester exam starts in every 6 month which is bit challenging for us to complete our syllabus and secure good marks in our examinations
Fees and Financial Aid
Our tuition fees is okay means not too much and not too low. our college demands fifty thousand in indian rupees of one years thats means approximately four thousand and two hundred rupees for one month. Our hostel fees in forty thousand for one year that means for four year course I spent around approximately four lakh rupees. I have not taken any scholarship and also I didn't get any campus employment.
Campus Life
We enjoyed in our campus much much all the students of our class and also all the seniors and juniors are very helpful in nature and we enjoyed alot.Our college celebrated Onam and Pongal every years and also there is annual program for all the college students, teachers and entire staff. The area of our college library is decent and we got all the subjects and topics related books, everyday newspaper are also available in all the desired language. The facilities of our college are very helpful and always guide us .
Hostel Facilities
I stay in hostel which is nearby to our college.I stay in fourth flood in hostel and along with me three more students are sharing the room.Basically in one room total of four students are staying each of them have separate bed and separate study table,in our room for four students there are small four almirah where we kept our clothes. In our hostel daily there is different kind of food means they didn't repeat the food which I was liking the most.Every Morning we get light food in breakfast like idli,dosa,rawa and we get non veg three days in week.The quality of food is ok ok For taking admission in hostel we have to fill the form during our admission in college.
Admission
After getting almost 70/% I want to take admission in Engineering field so I fill the form of anna University.They are asking only 60% for taking admission in Engineering. One of the agent of Anna University contact me through mobile and We met In Guwahati one the councelling centre there he give me a application form and application fees of arround 1000. As I was general than also I got Scholarship from anna University of 10000 only. I didn't go through any entrance exam,I got direct admission and the admission process is was not much landy
Faculty
The faculty members of our college are always ready to help the Students but sometimes the didn't show interest in some students.But for me the always support me which help me in my personal growth and the idea and new technology help me in my learning experience. All teachers are always interact with the students and ask the doubt of all the students and ready to solve them. Before all the semester exam all of our Teachers of the particular subject conducts test in thier subject so the we can excel in our upcoming semester exams.
