IIIT-B CRAZY TO CONQUER

Management is less because its a new college but by flowing time it will improve to better.

This is the best college I can get at my marks and also it is an Indian institute, so academic is great and also they have provided great facilities like sports, fest, etc. Also This college is in my city(Bhopal) so is best suited and preferable to me. Currently, the college is under NIT BHOPAL BCZ has it is a new college its building is not ready, so we can access to NIT BHOPAL Facilities which is best for us.

Since it is an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Based college, it comes with only three branches i.e. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, COMPUTER SCIENCE, ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS. There is specified faculty for each branch. Courses available are less but the teaching of it is GREAT.

Yeah, the college provides internship as the name of the college, being an Indian institute attract entrepreneurs. but since its a new college there are only 2 batches and internship comes in 3rd year so till now we have not seen any but let's wait and see next year.

In my opinion being an indian institute as some benefits in placement and internship.it will attract big companies.Also IIIT-BHOPAL Runs in NIT BHOPAL campus.so there great chance that companies that comes to NIT BHOPAL Will come to Iiit bhopal.BUT FOR NOW as it a new college and no batch has passed out.so there ia no placement till now.

Their lots of events but it's not the only event of iiit Bhopal but also NIT BHOPAL like 1)Technical workshops 2)Technosearch(Central India's biggest technical fest) 3)Metaphysics 4)tooryadant- manages events like painting, poetry,tec 5)ROOBAROO- EVENT LIKE DANCE, SINGING, ETC many more to go...

The fees structure is in between we can say average. I.e 4,16,000 RS for 4 years but apart from that, we get scholarship facilities like (Madhavi, etc, post metric, etc) from that we can get up to 100%fees return. I can say the fees are value for money bcz the facilities they are providing are great for that.

The campus is wonderful, I have no words for that campus area is 650 acre(bcz it is situated uphill). a lthough it's not IIIT-BHOPAL CAMPUS ITS NIT BHOPAL CAMPUS but still, we will getting it. many buildings are old but beautiful. The sports complex is nicely made with all sports available + equipment + gym.gender ratio is 80:20(majority men) in our batch but its varies. Competition, fest are many, every week u will get new.

Thia is the only bad part about it as the histel is situated approximately 18 km from the college.so it takes lots of precious time for traveling .although college will provide free bus facility for hoatelers and but still, people prefer for PG NEAR COLLEGE. MESS FOOD IS GOOD.

As we were the second batch only 1 batch seniors are above us.but they are very supportive. ragging is 0 in this college(no worry for it).

The frequency of exams is very less.EVERY 1 MONTH there is some test/exam.EXAM STRUCTURE IS SIMPLE 1)MINI TEST 2)MID SEM 3)END SEM FINISH ALTHOUGH it's an autonomous institute so we get little benefits in leniency in checking. Thatswhy the paper comes only from the notes of the teacher.

The necessary condition for admission in IIIT-BHOPAL is to qualify JEE MAIN .ther are other also but most common is this only. After qualifying JEE MAIN, we have to go for JOSAA Counselling (provide colleges i.e. IIT, NIT, IIIT, GFTI). After counseling, I got allowed to IIIT-BHOPAL.I Got the ALLOTMENT LETTER and then goes to college for document verification. After that, I got admission in IIIT-BHOPAL.

As there are only 3 branches in the college, Faculty is less but are good with great experience. all the faculty are iit, nit,iiit graduate with GOOD Knowledge.especially the computer teaching is very good as compared to otger.there is also practical learning more than theoretical.
