Quality of education is very good.

The college is overall good.The issue is that the college doesn't call the recruiter (BIG).The college mainly focuses on education not on placements .

I admitted in the college through JEE MAINS quota on 10%seats.I opted for EEE branch in BIT DURG as it is the renowned institution in Chhattisgarh. I have a keen interest in electrical that's why I chose EEE. The admission process is carried by CGDTE counseling board.(online)

The college works under the CSVTU(UNIVERSITY).The college is very good and the class duration is about 6-7 hours.The college offers engineering degree in 7 streams and many conferences are organized for research scholars. The college offers semester exam and regular class test.The semester exam are conducted by CSVTU.

No college doesn't provide internship of its own. Student from the college goes out for doing internship. Mainly bhilai steel plant attracts the major crowd of interns.

Many companies comes.In 2016 about 70% of total students are placed .The campus is TCS accredited thats why TCS is the major recruiter.WIPRO,CONGIGANT,CEASEFIRE,BYJUS,L&T INFOTECH,SYNERGY,AXIS BANK ,ICICI BANK ETC are the companies which visits the campus.Mainly they offer a annual package of 3-4lacks .The CSE IT &ETC have higher placement (90%) while civil and mechanical has 5-10 % placement

The only cultural,technical and management festival is OJAS.It take place in the month of February.The festival is all such like a annual day.The festival is quite boring all because of less funding and multiple restrictions offered by our faculty members.

The fee structure is good and it is bearable because we need only 70-80K in a year which is a least fee in any Pvt college.Also the fee is paid in semester starting (35000/- each semester). And hostel fee including mess is 25-30K each semester.Thus all in all considering your daily expenses 1.2lakhs are sufficient .

Scholarships are provided by state government only to the toppers of cgpet and the fee waiver scheme is also there. The loan facility is also available by the bank's because the college is AICTE AND UGC approved.Thus there is no problem of loan.

The gender ratio is good.Each branch have separate gender ratio . MECHANICAL lag in terms of ratio there are only 2 girls in 120 boys.While CSE IT ETC EEE EE have average gender ratio. There are 4 clubs for extracurricular activities namely VISTA,UTOPIA,ASTRO,BOL...ALSO ncc use to organize many free camps. robotics are not common here in BIT

The hostel is very old and less maintained.Also in a single room of 15-20 there are 3-4 student.The hygiene problem is also there .The bathrooms are cleaned every alternate day.Alternatively you can opt for PG'S which would cost 2000-3000/- dependent on your living standard you can opt accordingly.The PG'S are available with1-3 kilometre range.

The college is having very good and vast alumni network.The college has separate website for the alumni and senior students .And they are helpful too.

The exams are taken on regular interval .About 2-3 class test are taken in a interval of a month.Thus it's little bit hectic to handle it.Moreover before end semester we need to face the internal practical examination which is a little hectic.in end semester we get 20-30 days preparatory leave which is sufficient for facing the examination.

Firstly I kept a regular visit on the CGDTE site for notifications regarding the counseling session.Then I registered there with all my documents.Then I visited the verification centre in Raipur and then I waited for online seat allotment after that I go to the alloted college to seek admission.

The faculty team of the college is very good and supportive. Each branch have their separate faculty members. Most of them have master degree in their respective branches and some of them have PHD degree. Overall the faculty are good except some . Genuinely I tell if you are interested in learning all of them will support you.
