I really loved the program they conducted like student induction program which enabled the students to get to know the college much better
The new college is very environmental friendly
There is absolutely no ragging and bullying in our college all of them have the helping tendacy

Dislikes

They do not provide water can in all blocks and floors which is kind of troublesome for us
They should be more condusive and effective in student behaviour

Course Curriculum Overview

Our classes are from 8:30 am to 1:30 for the morning batch and for the evening batch are from 2 pm to 6:30 pm. The classes are given equally to our focused timing. Breaks are given regularly for us to be fresh for our next classes. The course curriculum is good and uptodate.

Class Size: 59Course Fees: INR 57757 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are given only after 2nd year. In order to get us ready for our internship process. They conduct a seperate classes in our college known as employememt and interview skills. In that they help to enhance our attitude and character. They also ensure all students have linkedin app so that we can find for jobs

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure for first semester is 27750 For second semester is also 27750 Scholarship ship being provided to students who are in need and also for studensts with great holistic and academic performances. Attendance over 85% are the eligibility to get scholarship

Campus Life

They provided many clubs, like ncc nss Rotaract and red cross. In terms of sports they encourage all to participate in atleast one sport. Our time spent in new college is not wasted. The college staffs ensure that we are involved in extra curricular activities so that we can get for credits

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is the best facility I have ever seen. The hostel rooms are very well ventilated. The food provided in hostels are very healthy and nutritious. The hostel provides tailoring and also laundry facilities. Which makes things convenient

Hostel Fee: INR 110000 per year

Admission

The admission process went smoothly. The admission process started as soon as when the 12th marks were released. They took only online registrations. And after giving all our information we were called for selection and fees payment for admission. They should provide offline admission too as some people may have difficulty applying.

Best friendly college with quality education

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect will be accounting that made me choose this couse. The curriculum made me to prepare for future accounting field works and knowledge around the field. The improvements that I suggest may is to add more relevent real life job experience in subject books itself. As per me who is one of a topper student in my college, The difficulty is moderate to me and timing of exams are more enough to fill all the questions.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students get campus placements. Highest ever is 80LPA i think from deloit or KMG. Mostly students get placements about 75% get placements. My plan after getting degree is clear CA inter and finals.

A view on recent days MCC

Placement Experience:

In MCC there is placement but it's not 100% placement, only 10 to 20 from a class of 60 gets placed, so when it comes to placement it's upto to you and your skills. Normaly the placement enrollment starts at beginning of your 5th semester or end of your fourth semester, you can opt for placement or higher study. The highest package was from Standard Chartered & Deloitte it was 6 Lakhs CTC. Accenture, TCS and some well known companies will participate in placement drive. The average package will be Rs.3.5 Lakhs CTS. I'm planning to go for higher studies while doing a part time job after getting degree.

From the 4th semester exam, the student is eligible for a placement campus interview. In our college, mega campus interview happen and all south college students participated in our college campus interview Some campus interview companies are LIC, Muthoid finance, and HDFC. 20% of people were selected in campus interviews. After my degree, I going to do CA intermediate exam and attend some government exams.

Insightful review of The New college: A fresh perspective

I applied to Loyola college,Chennai and SRMIST kattankaluttur, I got rejected by SRMIST due to not being able to pay the donation fees which was around 3 lakhs. I got selected in Loyola college but I chose The New college because it had a greater muslim community and some of my school seniors graduated from The New College.
