Internships Opportunities

I did my internship in HDFC life insurance. The experience was good as that was the first time i entered the real and actual world of business and interected with the people upfornt. Stipend at that time was only the traveling expenses.

Placement Experience

The placement opportuites are quite good in the college there are lots of companies that came for the placment purpose like wipro, Tata, Microsft, HDFC life insurance, TATA AIG etc. Packages that were offer are somewhere near to 2.4 Lac P.A on an average.

College Events

During our college time we did a lot of cultural, Sports, Technical fests in our collage. We did had inter college fests too. Robotics were done, crafts were done a lot of enterprenural fest were done.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is not so high at that time the total course fees is somewhere around 1.25 lakh. And that is a feasible amount for any family to pay that too for three years.

Fees and Financial Aid

No such offers are availble from college. But yes if students want they can take loan facility from the banks and loans are easily available.

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

The placement in my college for my course BBA pretty good. The college is also Offers internship opportunities. We can expect an average package of around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum for BBA. The students become eligible for campus placements from fourth semester onward. Some of the companies that have visited our colleges include KPMG Deloitte. The education tree, the highest package that someone got from our college was of around 60 lakhs and the profile offered to him was in finance. Placement Deptt of College is very good and students got eligible after 5th Semester for Placement. During Placement Drive, all the top level companies visited to College Campus, even I got 4 Offers from different companies, whereas i Joined ICICI Bank due to flexible working hours and salary pakcage was good also.

Placement Experience:

Well the placement of this campus are not as good as the other colleges well most of the student opt of further education while the one who don't go for post graduation would get an estimate of 300000 per annum well my plans after graduation is to do post graduation which is MBA.

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell in my college. There are students who call companies to come for the placements. I there are teachers too in the placement cell. But the placement record is not good. In previous years the highest placement hit was 22 lakh in my course . But the ratio of students getting placements is very few.

mostly 3rd year students sits for placements , offers are given yet they are low from market and not vast in numbers too , i dont remember any major company that joined the placement drive its mostly local startups and companies and they dont support us doing interships so its really hard in bms to get placements as it just not possible

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Overall. the interships and placement cell is very active and helpfull.
