Our college provides enough time for students. This time can be utilized by students to prepare for the study of their field of endeavor. If you are expecting very good learning experience in classes or labs, then you may be disappointed a bit.

This is one of the best colleges of UP and the fees are also not very high. Also, this college provides various branches of engineering from which a student can opt as per his preference. This college is situated in an area which is a hub of various coachings of UPSC, CAT, GATE and also this college provides free coaching to GATE aspirant students.

There are a number of branches of b.tech in our college to choose from. The course curriculum is focused on providing students with a deep understanding of their branch. Comparatively, EC and EI branch is said to those branches which require hard work. Chemical and EI branch student results are very good in GATE.

No. But our faculties guides students to take industrial visits and also conducts very seminars. Students have to find internships on their own.

If I was reviewing it 4-5 years ago, then I would have said our college placement is very poor. But in recent 2-3 years, companies are coming to our college and providing decent salary packages to students. But the students of my college are more focused on cracking entrance exams like GATE, CAT, UPSC etc.

There are various events held in our college. There are different branch fests., Encore( the cultural fest. Of our college), Parakaram and Sankaran( technical fests.) And shauryotsava( sports fest.). These fests are a great opportunity for 1st-year students to interact with each other and with senior students of our college.

The college fees of our college are feasible compared to other engineering colleges. The tuition fees are around 55k, hostel fees for 1st & 2nd-year students are 10.5k and for 3rd and 4th yr students, it is 14.5k. The mess fees are around 33k from which we get some amount in return in the end. Scholarships are also provided.

The scholarships are provided on the basis of your financial condition. If your parent's annual salary is below 2 lacs, then you will be provided a scholarship. Also, fee waiver students need to pay less amount of money compared to others. These scholarships are provided by govt. Of Uttar Pradesh.

There are no as such restrictions which will cause problems to students. There is only one restriction on girls that they have to get back to their hostel after 8 p.m. If we talk about gender ratio, there are more boys than girls in our college. There is enough time for students apart from studies which they can utilize in their extracurricular activities like robotics, literary club, dance and drama clubs and in the sports team.

The hostel and mess food are good if we compare it with what is provided in other colleges ( also see how much it charges in other colleges). In 1st and 2nd year, there are 4 students in a room, in the 3rd year there are 2 students and in 4th year one separate room is provided for every student.

There holds an event in our college known as Convergence in which the alumnae of our college comes back to our college. That is one of the ways to interact with our alumnae. Apart from this, the interactions with seniors are very easy and if you take part in college fests, in no time you will get to know seniors.

The exams are conducted in the month of December and May. The semester exam papers carry 70 marks for externals and the other 30 are given to students according to their attendance, assignments, and mindsets. Sem exams are held on alternate days. And after sem exams, 3-4 days are for practicals.

I took UPSEE and secured around 6k rank in that. After that, I had to verify my documents in a nearby college under AKTU and I had to choose the branch and college according to my preferences online. After the 5th round of counseling, I was able to get admission in IET Lucknow.

To be honest, we don't expect much from our facilities that they would teach us very well and help us in scoring good marks but if we are having any problem regarding any issue, they are very helpful. Our college provides free coaching to all the branch students for GATE preparations.
