Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is very mind-engaging and is very relevant to the world of literature. It covers all the major topics and also gives insights into the higher educational aspects. It helps us gain the utmost knowledge and push us to actually learn in a fun way.
Internships Opportunities
There are variety of internships of your department available in the placements cell with stipends up to 7000-9000. The college also helps you put with research papers and various other publications. They help out with student exchange programs for internships too.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd semester for internships and for permanent positions from the 5th semester. The average package is 3Lpa-4Lpa. i personally want to pursue masters, due to which i will not be eligible for placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee for my course is rs 70,000 which is pretty okay. It increases by almost 5000 per year. The fees do not include canteen food or the fees for college trips and other fest fees. Those will be taken during the programs. There are a variety of scholarships available to students like sports, and for students who scored high marks, etc.
Campus Life
The campus like is amazing at the college. Every department has variety of cultural and academic fests, as well as various seminars. There is a collective sports day, annual day, ethnic day etc. The classrooms are equipped with e-learning. There are various clubs like sports, art, music, dance etc. There are 2 libraries equipped all new and old books, research papers, academic writings etc.
Admission
If you have scored above 65% in your 12th boards, then you are available for the admission process. Usually, after filling out the application form on the college website, they will schedule an online interview, during which they will ask questions relevant to the course you have applied to. After which, if accepted you will receive an email regarding fees and blocking the seat which has to be done within a week.
Faculty
Kristu Jayanti College is home to a devoted faculty who ensure the safety, and correct learning of an individual in the college. They are available whenever to resolve our issues and doubts. there are almost 30+ faculty for each branch and subject thus ensuring the easy flow of knowledge. They teach and hold lectures so that every student is included and understands. They are very supportive and kind and can help you with anything academic-related.
