A Moderate level college having great infrastructure

I love this college. Enjoyed a lot in my all 3 years. Infrastructure was very good and facilities to students are good but the college director was not attempting to improve college ranking or college academics.

When I complete my 12th class, I appeared in jee mains 2016. But I was unable to score very well. I did not clear general cutoff. So my aim to going it was broke down. Now its time to choose a good college in my state. So I search for colleges in Jaipur. Then I found JECRC and GIT are best in Jaipur. So I choose GIT as my graduation college.

First of all, I would like to say thank you to all of the college-speak family to give me the opportunity to speak out about my college. My course curriculum was not so good because syllabus was so old and need to be updated but they don't update the syllabus. But since the syllabus is quite enough to get a good knowledge about it.

No, my college does not provide any internship till now. But I heard that my college will conduct summer and winter training prov8for students for their good practical experience.

Placements, Till 2013 my college placements were damp so good because of our T.P.O sir. But since 2-3 years the placements are negligible for students. Only call centers came into the campus and recruit students. But from this and past years, a good no of companies had come and given good packages to students. My college highest package is 22lpa. So overall placements are good here according to the level of college.

There are lots of events celebrated in my college. 1. Jigyasa (Technical Fest) 2. Vijeta (A college level competition) 3. Vanquish ( A national level sports meet) 4. Rudrika ( Annual cultural fest) 5. Sayonara (farewell party for final year) 6. Convocation ( Degree distribution)

The fee structure is feasible. The total fees are around 80000 per year. It is jotted expensive I guess. Because there were lots of labs, practicals, College developments, facilities and many more. Student gets every facility in this college. For a middle-class family it is quite expensive but as a professional course, we can't say it expensive.

From my college, there is no scheme for any scholarship to students. Yes, the student can get a scholarship or loan by their own level.

Being a 3rd-year student, a good campus life I have been living. The gender ratio is around 3:1. There are many extracurricular labs, department, competitions in this college. The student can gi in labs and do extra things. Sports facility are very good at this college as compare to other colleges. There is a separate ground for every sport. There are lots of events in that robotics, debates, literary competitions conducted. Literally, their level was very good.

Hostel facility is very good in my college. There are 7 hostels from which 4 Girls hostel and 3 Boys hostel. Every room has all the facilities in it and also a ducting facility in every room. The fee structure of the hostel is around 85000 per year for 1 student. Mess food is quite good. We can't say that it was bad but an according to fees it is not so appreciable. For hostel students, there are lots of facilities, playgrounds, indoor, outdoor, canteen etc.

Yes, I would like to say that alumni of this college are not so helpful. Alumni network was not broad. They are helping but not in academics.

Exam structure is not satisfactory to the students. Un evert semester they conduct two midterm tests, two internal practical exams, and one external practical exam and afterall Semester exams. So students are not free in the overall semester to do something extra. I suggest a change in exam structure.

I scored 91 marks in jee mains. Since I did not clear my category cutoff, I was unable to get admission in nits. So I decided to take admission in state-level colleges. In Rajasthan, REAP is the process of taking admission in state engineering colleges. I filled the reap form and in 3rd counseling, I got a computer science seat in a global institute of technology.

I would like to sat that faculty of my college are very good. All the faculties of GIT college are awesome. All subjects have their experts at my college. Faculties are friendly with students and also so caring and helpful. Some are quite rude but except them all are good. They make the environment of class so friendly that anyone can ask doubt from them as a friend.
