A good and hygienic canteen. Jain food is available.
A big sized games room, every type of indoor sports is available
A very big library and reading area for students.

Dislikes

No parking for your vehicle, this should be there
Campus is a bit small, this should be looked after
Classes not go in a structured way. Syllabus starts from middle of the subject.

This is one of the best course in accountancy and this college provides morning batch which provides flexibility with my routine. Classes are held from 6:15 am to 10:15 am. So I have all day to do my rest of the chores

Internships Opportunities

Every year there are internships placement drives goes on. Anyone can apply for these and could get internship easily with less effort. Projects are on fields like accounting, data handling, auditing etc.

Placement Experience

The placement of this college is good but there are too many people in the course applying for placements so you have to make strong your CV. Placement percentage is around 15 to 20 percent. People can go in mnc with great CVs

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee increases about 10-15 percent every year. Fees is not too affordable for everybody but people who are doing other professional courses like CA or CMA alongwith this course so this is one of the affordable option out there as this course provides flexibility.

Campus Life

Campus life is one of the best in Kolkata as every year around december college hosts fest named Umang. Library is also one of the biggest in any colleges. 4 big computer classrooms are there with 100s of computer are there.

Admission

Eligibility is just 12th pass and for morning department it is around 65 percent in third list of merit list Reservation is also there for obc, sc and st class of people The admission process is one of the easiest and smoothest.

Faculty

One of the best faculties out there in Kolkata. The teachers there are very supportive and of aflamboyant personality. Understanding teachers. Punctual and take our queries seriously. Diversity pf faculties are there.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
