Internships Opportunities

Intenship not done yet, but internship experience is good a lots of scope to learn as a internee but i have heard its really tough due to long duty hours, too much busy schedule, lots of patient load this internship is must as a doctor, as it grooms u, after all experience is all that matters we get around 16,000 pm now which increases 800 every year duration : 1 yr.

3

Every year we have, Plasma, our anual fest fir 4 days , Nostalgia, its a reunion and fest combined of x students with present, Freshers, Farewell convocation day.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Semester fee of 4,500 rs, 600 rs exam fee per paper thats all we pay to college, admission fee was like 10,000 so its cheap as it is govt college hostel fees is 8 rs pm, mess fees 2000 pm approx, 34 rs other fees For fests 800rs every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fees is very cheap any bdy can afford. many students take minority scholarship, obc scholarships nothing more heard about this topic i get obc scholarship 13.5 thousand form state govt evey year till my course ends.

Campus Life

4.5

Its good, actually very good like football match, cricket match, singing, dancing, coreography, photography, debate, games of couples, t-shirt painting others during fest.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel facility now is not so good, but new hostels are going to be completed with in a year, so its okay for new batch mess food is good but monotonous in my opinion, but there plenty opinions available like college canteen is just awesome and cheap mess

Alumni/Alumna

Seriously helpful you can not pass with out help of seniors, they guide as a tutor, mark syllabus best part is no physical ragging done in college we have anti ragging committee.

Exam Structure

Semister exam r taken by college every 6 month gap, and university exam r taken at the end of each year i.e prof exam marks varies per subject every year pass marks 50%.

Faculty

3.5

Like every govt medical college faculty is very good, well qualified, and dedicated to teach they r very strict about attendance the clinical classes and deminstrations r really awesome. It was my best decision to choose nbmc also the instruments, lab all

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is completely based on NMC new guidelines. Along with the theory classes where we know the structure and their working in dissection we actually see them on cadaver . Lectures should be more interesting as it's get boring to literally listen the concepts for first time like a story and at the end we forget everything

Course Curriculum Overview:

Medical field is a really good field in my opinion to serve humankind and learn about science of nature and life!the curriculum is a little overpaced and there are 19 subjects which are taught in a timespan of 4.5 years which is a bit hectic! There are 4 professional exams and 9 semesters which have pretty good difficulty and assess our skills and education. We have regular examinations in around 4-5 months each. Only thing id like to change in the curriculum is better assessment of many topics which are taught pretty well but aren't examined much leading us to waste our time in focussing on them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well, mbbs is very hard and long term process. You will be bored in 1st year because you cant get real clinical cases. But in Final year, 3rd Prof Part 2, you will get huge pressure. Because there are total 11 subjects, you should study in final year. It is a great burden for all. I'm not satisfied with Nmc curriculum. They are not thinking about students. They are implement their rules in chilled ac room. But they don't know the real scenarios.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite planned and great and has a lot of advantages in having a clinical and learning diagnostic approach to various diseases. One area where the curriculum can improve is by having more practical classes rather than theoretical classes. The exams are quite difficult but are quite planned to make you understand the clinician and the passing percentage is 50 percent.
