There are various courses both undergraduate and postgraduate such as BCOM ,BBA ,BCA , MCOM etc are provided in the college under the affiliation of Calcutta University . The syllabus are based on as per the regulatory requirements of Calcutta University. Our college strictly followed the curriculum of university as it is not an autonomous college. I have choosen BCOM Hons because it has lots of career opportunities further you can switch to any other course after the completion of your undergraduate degree of BCOM . It give us a comprehensive knowledge of accounts and commerce which are applicable for the proper performance of work in coperate world apart from this if you have chosen BCOM you can also do CA and CS simultaneously because the syllabus of BCOM matches some concept of both these professional courses. If student is persuing BCOM from Bhawanipur college in evening section commerce department then he would be able to manage his works and further studies.

The BESC has strong connection with various companies like Tata, Infosys, Wipro etc which provides greater placement opportunities at the end of last semesters for those students who are really good at academics . The placement cell of our college active throughout the year and it tries to identify those students who are really capable and willing to work at different companies effectively and efficiently. The college also arrange many functions which is required for the personality development of an individual so that they can able to manage there work life properly. The highest package offer for an undergraduate course from our college is 7LPA and average pakage ranges between 3LPA to 5LPA and according and reports latest year we have noticed that nearly 30% to 40% of the students are getting placed successfully every year. Apart from this I would like to inform that after the completion of course I will pursue an MBA from IIM as further studies.

As we all know BESC is one of the expensive college under the affiliation of Calcutta University, the fees is quite high even for persuing BCOM degree which is generally considered as a "cheaper and affordable" course.You have to pay 27000 per semester if you are pursuing BCOM from evening section and if it is being pursued from morning section then fees may go even quite higher if you are non - gujarati student. In short student has to pay approximately 2lac just for pursuing BCOM degree from the college. It is really to note down that college was specially formed for Gujarati students as it name contents Bhawanipur Gujarati Education Society College so fees for those students belonging from Gujarat may be lower and affordable. In terms of conductance of programs and celebration of festival no other college is able to beat our college, there are numerous of functions and programs held in our college which are really required for the personality development and interactive skills of students. Our college arrange an important festival named as UMANG which is really a big celebration awaited by the entire college , last year when it was celebrated Mohit Chauhan came and won everyone's heart, he performed really well at the stage and boom the celebration in a fabulous style. Apart from umang we have many other celebrities who come to college in order to increase the fun and entertainment and to make their promotions if films. The college library is literally big and contains thousands of books required for the studies and preparation of professional exams including encyclopaedia,science etc. College will also give us permission to issue not more than 4 book and then we have to return or reissued at the given date

As I have discussed the college has a strong website which contain every information in detail. The admission process is completely online, you can go to college website and fill the form with all the necessary details and submission of required documents like marksheet of X and XII , Identity proof , parents documents and details, etc via online portal of college. You do not need to visit college even a single time for the procedure of admission and this is really a fantastic thing in today's world. College also provide scholarship program for those students who are academically bright student. Apart from this college also accept the scholarship provided from government organisations to the students belonging from economically weaker section of the society. Apart from all of the information mentioned by me I would like to add that college should compromise with the fees paid of rupees 750 just for the fillup of application form when you are unsure about the admission.

The Bhawanipur Education Society College has a lots of opportunities and it is one of the best colleges under the affiliation of Calcutta University.The faculty members and professor of college are very nice and well qualified people . They know the concept of teaching really well, apart from this they are very interactive who know how to deal with students coming from different background.The method of teaching is based on both theoretical and practical explanation of concept. There are digital boards in our college's classroom which is required for the proper understanding of every concepts. Faculty members are like our friends from whom we can share anything without any fear and hesitation they always help those students and provide a deeper support also who are not as enough good in academic.In short we can say any student either good or bad in study can make a proper interaction with teachers and able to understand the things efficiently which give a chance to score good in exams.
