Likes

The college overall is good and the campus too is very refreshing
As compared to other top colleges, I think Loyola is one of the best option
The midium of language is English and not Tamil

Dislikes

It becomes difficult to communicate sometimes as most of them are jot fluent in English
The weather becomes very hot and humid and it is hard
The management's of the college can do better to make the students more involved

The facilities that the colleges provide can be sometimes questionable and also sometimes very impressive. The management is overall good and it is all systematic though at times some would disagree is certain things

Infosys and various other big tech companies do invest in our college and provide placements and also internship for the student. I am not entirely sure about this but there is always google for that.

Well there are several other companies who recruit students and interns from our college because the education quality is good in our college and they have the trust in the college. Well Im doing this for the money and hoping i get it

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides very good placements and also when it comes to the cost, it is more than reasonable. It is a top college where you have to spend barely 30 k per year inclusive of admission and exam fees. Also provides scholarships for the less fortunate

Campus Life

The campus is pretty good with various types of sports and also the library that has over 10 lakhs books to read and open to all students . The sports teams of Loyola are always very renowned in Tamil Nadu and also the NCC

Hostel Facilities

The hostel provides varuious types of seatings at different prices. The food is top notch and can't complain. In some buildings, AC is provided at a more expensive price of course around 1.6 lakhs per year. Idk if its worth it

Hostel Fee: INR 110000 per year

Admission

Mostly it is done per the merit basis and not through CUET exams unlike other colleges. There is also reservation system where Catholics are given the most preference, then christians, sc, st, obc and tamil and what not

Faculty

Over here in Loyola, you will find many professors who have done their PhD in various fields and you will not find it in every colleges. The professors are fluent in english and also is their teaching very upto mark

A College that builds knowledge,confidence and memories

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate,which helps in consistent preparation,however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning,and modern teaching methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is a famous one and it is studied by many higher officials. The faculty is very good and talented, students ratio is 500:900.
