Course Curriculum Overview

As we know that engineering coarse includes 8 semesters. Everything was well organized and we'll planned and we had an amazing faculty team to help us with the coarse structure which made things easier to handle. Apart from this we we were given a good time to experiment with devices in our laboratories.

Internships Opportunities

As much as I know, there is no facility of internship.

If the student is eligible and fulfil all the eligibility criteria, there was 85-90 % chance of placement.

College Events

We had two programs in a year one is cultural for all the students and another is Fem fest which was huge event just for girls. I have mentioned the details for Fem fest down below.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I think it is feasible when we are studying in a private college.As hostel fee was very less as compared to other colleges. We paid 30k per year for such amazing food and lodging.

Hostel Facilities

I believe Sathyabama provided the best food as compared to other colleges. And apart from air conditioning we had all the facilities in hostel.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

Being from such a disciplined institution and anti ragging community we had less interaction from seniors as our hostels were different ,however they were very cooperative.

Exam Structure

As like other engineering colleges we had 8 semesters in 4years.Apart from these we had two internal exams in each semester.I was fine with it.

Faculty

All of our faculty members were highly educated and had good knowledge of their subjects. One good thing I have noticed is, they kept revising and kept studying their respective subjects whenever they got free time.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Life in Sathyabama

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

How is life at Sathyabama?

I applied VIT , st Joseph's College, then anand institute of technology...i chose this because of campus and the students I talked to them ,they said it is too good andthe placements were also good too .only thing you need to study from the first...and then this college fees is good compared to other colleges as Sathyabama offer food and bus withing 1.5lakhs ..but others fees itself one lakhs and above...Read More
