As it is a women's college I felt more comfortable
The ambiance of college with lot of greenery gives a positive vibe
The faculty is very friendly and approachable

Dislikes

The lecturers here change frequently.It effects our studies very much.
There is less social interaction and less exposure to new things.
No placement or any carrier related aids .

I chose this course to make me better and help myself. The curriculum helps us to prepare to the real word , but I think along with that practical exposure with those people who have psychological issues will help us more . we easily forget the theory portion. but is is hard to forget those we experienced.

Class Size: 54Course Fees: INR 31310 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Academic fees for bsc psychology per year is 31310 and it is a 3 year course .and also have hostel monthly fee of 8400 which may increase yearly also other courser like BCA have an yearly fee of 36000.and additional registration fee, admission fees,and other compulsory charges

Campus Life

Campus Life is very enjoyable when we have good friends.But the overall social exposure is less.We have many clubs and cells.some of them are very active and engaging. The overall amibience is nice and giv s positive vibe.

Hostel Facilities

A room consists of 5 students. and a dorm consists of 10 students. I stay in room .In room we have a cupboard for keeping our things .and we have 3 fans and 2 lights.also we have a study table and chair.wifi and laundry and room cleaning,and gym is included in fees .

Hostel Fee: INR 8400 per year

Admission

12th pass was the eligibility of my course.we can apply to Calicut University through online by ourselves.The application process is very easy in the Calicut University website.Admission process is very easy .but they should have made it fast.

The teachers are so friendly and approachable.But the saddest thing is they change frequently so we can't maintain our syllabus.And here we have less experienced teachers more. Even if they are good ,I think more experienced teachers can guide us better.And they should provide us placement and carrier aids.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Chemistry is one of the main subject in whole science and it contains practical along with theory.I preffered this subject because I don't really into bookish learning.It offers skilled learning also.Exam timing was relevant for a paper 2.30 hours and 60 marks for main subject and 80 mark for language.

From 6th semester, students are eligible for placements. Our college has the best placement cell in kerala. Around 30% students are placed each year in our college. Companies like federal bank, infopark invites students from our college for their interviews. The degree mark is not considered, all we have to is just pass the subject and obey the rules of the placement cell.

But in this college they don't have enough facilities to teach so it won't prepare a student for real-world application. A review on ansar Women's College

As an NRI student I didn't get any allotment in other colleges and lastly I had to come and join ansar college as there were only few seats left in many colleges and also for my course. I applied for many other colleges and had good marks too. Many colleges preferred state syllabus students and all those students who passed 12 th from gulf countries or any other where given less importance. A look into Ansar womens College and Hostel

I chose this college as i got merit admission here. The travel is direct and its side by the road rather than being up hill and being far away from town area. I personally liked to study in women colleges so chose Ansar women College. I applied to Sree Naraya College Vatakara..and went for 2 weeks.
