I will give 3.5 out of 5 considering all. I recommend our college management to maintain good lab equipment,efficient books in the library and have to get some good staff. Last but not least please give an opportunity for average students to prove themsel
Entrance Preview
I've written EAMCET. But due to some situations,I've bought the seat in NRI quota. It is one of the best colleges in Nellore district at that time,Placements and faculty were good at that time. I was interested in ECE,so I've got into it.
Course Curriculum Overview
I love digital electronics and communications. So i got into Electronics and communications. Electronics and communications has so much competition while I was joining. My has good talk and my friends have considered Electronics and communications and got into it.
Internships Opportunities
I didn't got into any internship programs. But I was interested in doing small electronic projects. So me and my friend made some some domestic electronic projects like remote car bomb detector,Stun gun,USB based music played with external amplifier to connect external speakers,home theater etc and made some money on them.
Placement Experience
Placements are good while I was joining. Now they are too good,our college has bought companies like CTS,Infosis,IBM,Tech mahendra,TCS etc with packages around 2.4 to 3 lakhs per annum.
College Events
Our college was not that good at conducting more events in a year. But we have a annual day function every year which we had fun and enjoyed a lot and also got some technical events like presentations,projects demonstrations done by students,cultural events etc. I also volunteered for some events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As I have bought the seat under NRI quota for me is it a expensive. But our college got a entrance test and has given free seats to some talanted students. For EAMCET passed students it is not that expensive,we can bear it.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes,for those who are academic year toppers our college has given their full academic fee back. We can get scholarship if we got the seat from EAMCET. And yes yo can get the education loan easily.
Campus Life
Campus life is good compared to other colleges. We got annual sports competitions,robotic work shops,debate with IIT professors (which is too good). And our college is venue for National Tennis championship for under 16 across India.
Hostel Facilities
As I am Local,I didn't got a chance to know everything about the hostel. But as per my fellow students and friends Hostel is below average. I recommend to stay in outside hotel compared to college hostel. We got some some good hostels and rooms around the
Alumni/Alumna
We are not that close to our seniors. But when it came to our seniors academic year end we got close and learned so much. They gave suggestions regarding the career and job opportunities which is very useful to us.
Exam Structure
As my college is affiliated under Jawaharlal Nehru Tech University,Anantapur,we don't want say anything about that,exam structure is good. But I experienced some challenges while Lab exams.
Faculty
High standard faculty are available while I was joining. And laboratories are not that good compared to other colleges,I will give Average for that. But now I wouldn't recommend college because the best faculty got disappeared now.
