Likes
- 1st of all the internship opportunities that college provides us. They provide huge number of internships and also the job opportunities. Which is very helpful for us to bridge the gap between academic and industrial standards
- 2nd their library. It's so well Ventillated and with the greenery . They've computer systems also in library. Also they provide daily newspapers in hindi marathi and english along with the journals based on business, Tech, development etc
- Cultural committee is too good. They organize many programs for students as well as many competitions.
Dislikes
- Campus is bit small but not too small . There is only one ground
Course Curriculum Overview
Anyone can choose this course who have completed their 12th in arts , commerce, or science stream. This course is combination of business and IT that's why I chose this one. In 1st year they teach us about the business and one programming language. And upto 3rd year all the Business and IT knowledge is given to students. It's not too difficult just you have to do lectures and be consistent in your studies
Internships Opportunities
They provided internship drive with JBK academy. It was like training 1st and then they will give us placements so there was no stipend . The training was on the java, SQL, and python. Also they provided us training on fintech skills .
Placement Experience
They offere us placements also they provide special training courses to give us the skills that we lack for industry. They organize many internship drives. One of which I got selected. Various companies like HDFc, accenture and many more visit our campus . 80% of students get placed while 20 are not elegible due to their skills or lack of knowledge. Average package will be around 5lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
For my batch there was 32k fees per year for 3years there was no increment but for 2024 batch they have increased fees from 32k to around 40-45k per year in which they are providing some additional facilities like uniform etc Exam fees is not included in this as it's taken by the university bt he fees will be shown on the exam form. Also there is scholarship for sc and st students. Also they provide earn and learn scheme in which students works in college after there college timings and they are paid for their works
Campus Life
They organize annual gathering and annual event named 'Goonj' where the all days are celebrated. Also they celebrate every occasion at college. The provide students with vast variety of books and also have computers in the library also. Library is my favorite place in overall college. Also they organize sports competition , drawing, essay writing, poetry, poster designing etc competition. Nss is also there
Admission
You can take admissions to this course if you have completed your 12th in arts, science Or commerce stream. When I took admissions, lock down was just opened. So there was no exams for the admissions but now they take cet exams for the admissions and based on the merit admissions are given.
Faculty
Faculty is well knowledge in the subjects they teach. They teach so well with practicals. Theory subjects are taught in the classroom while practical subjects like programming languages are taught in the computer labs. Also they're helpful. Specially our HOD's Sarika mam and jyoti mam they're too good in teaching .
