I had done Bsc from BHU I chose BHU because of its NIRF ranking BHU stands among the top 5 institutes of india the course is good the only thing is the lack of placements in bsc course but you can opt for reaserch filed or teaching filed .placements are quite low some students got placed in akash or Allen . The exam are conducted at the end of 5th semester and the level of paper is moderate teachers cover every thing in class so you can perform well of you do the classes

For bsc biology courses the fee of BHU is very reasonable for the first semester you have to pay around 3000 ruppee for the second semester the fee is 725 ruppe which include all the facilities like lab fee devlopment fee etc and 1200 ruppe will be the admision fee so you can completed your degree under 10000 ruppee in bhu because the fee of second year is low then first year which is total 2600 the fee is same for every category except the admission fee which is low for ST/SC students around 300 there is few scholarship for students who have domicile of uttarpradesh .

The institue of science have yearly fest called AKANKSHA which a event inculde many activites like soprts dance painting etc .in BHU every department have their own library where students can find all the books easily and bhu also have a central libray where all the students under University can study and widraw books .bhu students run many clubs for placements ,sports activeits etc

In bhu hostel you get two seater room you have bed ,study table ,wardrobe everything will be in pair there are 5 common washroom on every floor .the food of mess is good quality and cost you 125 ruppe per day and if you don't want to stay in hostel you can get pg in chituupur and hedrabaad gate for around 3000 ruppe per month

For the BSc course, you have PCMB subject at the high school level after that you can take the cuet ug exam which is conducted by NTA once in year you can find the application form on the NTA website. The paper level is moderate you can do well if you focus on ncert books for class 12th for get admission in BHU, you have to score at least 70% marks in the entrance because the cut off are quite high reserved category students have some advantages like low cutoff

The teachers here are very well qualified. every teacher have their own reaserch intrest and done work no them they have very well know image in their field .teachers are very friendly to students gave them different chances for internships .you can ask any doubt about the subject they always listen to it and guides the students really well .overall BHU have really great teachers
