Likes

College Campus is Good, infrastructure is good.
Chemistry, Physics, Math, Bca depth are so good. Library is good
Social interactions is good. sports, Cultural festival are good organized.

Dislikes

On campus placement is decent. Only few BCA students(10-15) get job in on campus placement, and other dept very poor condition.
Few teachers are not good, not friendly
Lab quality is not good, Lab quality are backdated

Course Curriculum Overview

In Bsc Computer Sc course is good for only get a hons degree. In this course ,faculty are decent. if you want to know Industry level knowledge or skill devlopment then don't expect to college faculty are teaching this, Self study is only path to knowledge improve . If you not study any skill,then you got a lot of problem face to get a job .

Tution fees all over all depertment wise low. on avg tution fees may be increase by approximate 5-10%. College provide several schollarsive to financial condition and merit base , other wise all govt. scholler ship are provided.

Overall my exericence is good, college's fest , social activity is good.Libery have lot of books and reading room is good. Libary provide to computer for online study. college mangement, infrastructure are good. Class room is good, half of factulty have good knowledge that's helps student.

Admission

Genaraly all Bachelors course Eligibilty is 60% marks in 12th board, But cutoff is very high in this college (for genaral around 80-90% marks in Hs). Reservation Benefits are availble as govt rule. Aplication fees around 200-300 rupees. all detailse about admission fees, eligibility, etc. are available in the college website

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is 1:50. 50% teachers are friendly, and metorship quality is decent. Teaching quality of faculty is good.students should proactively engage with approachable faculty members,take advantage of available office hours, and seek mentorship opportumites to enchance their learning exprience

Placement Experience:

After completing the 5th Semester the student are eligible for placement but the student should have 7.5 CGPA and a good attendence for the palcement after this oncampus placement like TCS, wipro, accenture etc come for placement with a native package of around 6-8 LPA. Which is goood . Nearly as per report around 80% of studentt gets placed every year . After i complete this course i have decide to go master degree in data science which will be benificial for me for international company.

Placement Experience:

Placement or internship depends on the course Duration . Overall placement is good . The highest package is 1cr/ yr. And the average package 2to3 lakh/ yr. After getting the bsc. degree in Forensic science, I want to prepare for compitive exam or prepare for higher studies.

How an average student sees his College

Remarks:

Pros:The teachers very very helpful and friendly. Loans and scholarships available. Faculties are highly qualified. Infrastructure is awesome. Cons: no placement. No stipends There wasn’t any hostel facility. Canteen could be developed.

I applied at pravat kumar college at contai,purba Medinipur and get confirmed admission but the infrastructure of that institute is not so good but our college have a quiet impressive faculties and infrastructure.
