College campus is very clean and well conducted,
Very good campus and we all enjoyed here

Dislikes

Teaching style is not good, students didn't like to go college.
Lifts are not allowed for students, sometimes it causes major problems.

Course Curriculum Overview

I got addmission in the year of 2021, the post Corona eta, this time IT sectors were hiring massively, this time our seniors got many jobs in TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc. it inspied me to got addmission. Teachers of the CS department is very lazy, they don't teaches us, we improve our skills using internet.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Internships Opportunities

TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE and many more companies offered interships, interns don't get any stipend. Last year of bsc in CS , students get individual projects, which has to submit in the last semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

Approx fees per semester:- 8000 No tuition fees required, other fees included in the semester fees Same fees has to pay for any category, no matter if you are SC, ST, OBC or anything else. We get Swami Vivekanand Scholarship from state government which is 18000 per year, so our college semester fees are easily paid by the scholarship amount.

Campus Life

In Saraswati Puja, our college organise a function and after that a feast is organised. In library facilities is very good, when need books we get is easily. Only one hall is available for projector Annual sports is held in our college

Admission

Science students can apply for bsc in CS. You can check the college's official website, there you can get every details. Reservation benefits is also available. Questions in the exams are not very tough, of you study well you can easily qualify. I think our college website is good

Faculty

The overall faculty is depens on each department, as example, in our college physics and chemistry department is good and their teachers also, but department of computer science is very bad, only one permanent teacher is there, and others are temporary. So they don't take responsibility to teach students.

Placement Experience:

After completing the 5th Semester the student are eligible for placement but the student should have 7.5 CGPA and a good attendence for the palcement after this oncampus placement like TCS, wipro, accenture etc come for placement with a native package of around 6-8 LPA. Which is goood . Nearly as per report around 80% of studentt gets placed every year . After i complete this course i have decide to go master degree in data science which will be benificial for me for international company.

Pros and cons

Placement Experience:

Placement or internship depends on the course Duration . Overall placement is good . The highest package is 1cr/ yr. And the average package 2to3 lakh/ yr. After getting the bsc. degree in Forensic science, I want to prepare for compitive exam or prepare for higher studies.

How an average student sees his College

Remarks:

Pros:The teachers very very helpful and friendly. Loans and scholarships available. Faculties are highly qualified. Infrastructure is awesome. Cons: no placement. No stipends There wasn’t any hostel facility. Canteen could be developed.

I love my college.

I applied at pravat kumar college at contai,purba Medinipur and get confirmed admission but the infrastructure of that institute is not so good but our college have a quiet impressive faculties and infrastructure. I was not rejected by any college I applied.
