Course Curriculum Overview
I want a job in the chemical laboratory so I chose chemistry as my main subject and I am pursuing a BSc Hons Chemistry from SVSU. The practical knowledge and the lab work l learned in college life are helping in my job very much. The exam timing should be favorable time so that students coming from long distances to college also get some relief. In the course curriculum sports/ games should be added in all courses (my personal opinion).
Fees and Financial Aid
The First year fees include registration fee, tuition fee and security fees but on second and third year only tuition fees is taken. My first year fees is approx 45000 and second and third year fees is 33000 approx. Also scholarship is provided based on marks of class 12th and 5 percent extra relaxation for girls students on college fees. I got 14000 scholarship amount in 3 year. Security is fully refundable after completion of course and scholarship is adjusted on next year fees.
Campus Life
For freshers students the fest is organised as the welcome party by the university yearly. The Library contain the textbook of every course and each student can issue 3 books at a duration of 14 days . Multiple copies of same books are available so you can issue same textbook . The classroom are normal, some classes are done on smart board/projector for better understanding. No sports for students offered. In every semester college host program like nukkad natak photography competition rangoli competition.
Admission
I applied to only one college and got admission. I didn’t take any entrance exams and didn’t apply to other colleges. My college’s admission process was based solely on my 12th-grade academic performance. There were no entrance exams required. As such, I didn't need to worry about cutoffs for entrance exams or the exam most preferred by students. The admission experience was relatively straightforward.
Faculty
In my batch there are 20 students and 4 teachers that teachers the subject. Teacher are very helpful and explain the concept in easier language as possible. Faculty members that I liked the most is shashibala mam , Mam is our class coordinator and help in every aspect either in timetable, examination pattern, or in understanding concept. The exam pattern is of semester type, in 1 semester there is 3 monthly exam (you can also say unit test ) and 1 semester exam 2 monthly exam is compulsory for students to get admit cards for semester exam . Syllabus is based on ugc pattern for all courses.
