- I like our college environment and the infrastructure labs maintainance and the peaceful environment with decent faculty who are always ready to help students and supportive hod I don't know about other branch our faculty and hod are very supportive
- Fests and events in the college are liked by every student our college because how students try to make the events grand the same way our faculty used to think and they made very small events grand this supportive nature for studies as well as events
- Main thing everyone would like is the college atmosphere and sports club and other clubs like photography,music,dance etc.During this fests our college would like something like a festival happening for three days, now the days all gone whichgavealot
Dislikes
- Things I disliked was the classrooms which are too small and for each there will be 60-65 members and the classes are like school classes which are suffocating and we don't have a ground for cricket and football.
- We don't like our college administration because the way they treat the student who is unknown or not a rich kid they would treat them in separate manner during fee issues they don't give trouble to known persons like for unknown and poor kid
Course Curriculum Overview
From my school days onwards I was very dumb I didn't how a system works and how this app are made so in 9th standard I came to know about our course which includes coding made me choose this course. The hackathons, project fests, competitions on coding, industrial visits which help students to display there skills and helping them to know how software companies work and what is role of a software engineer. Faculty and sports encouragement should be improved as there are many more faculty who can share knowledge with students and classes and college maintenance should be improved. We have 8sems and each sem schedule for 5months final exam will be at the end of the sem and there will be 2 internals one is between sem and other before final exam. Difficulty of exam is not much difficult and not much easy it's an average. If one can concentrate for just 50% of syllabus they can clear exam easily.
Placement Experience
In our college our placement incharge try very hard to bring companies for placements. From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements . Many companies visited in our college like Amazon, Capgemini, cognizant, Accenture,Cisco,tech Mahindra, Genpact,l cube, many other but I didn't remember.1200 offers are made Highest package is 12lpa and average package is 5 lpa.a company skillsoft has offered 12lpa which is highest package and 7 are selected. 60% percentage of students are placed. My plans after degree are now I'm preparing for mtech entrance gate exam which is in February.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearwise fees I paid was 87000 because I used get fee reimbursement that is 35000 and for others according to their caste fee changes for sc and st the fee will be only 17000. Tution fees, admission fee and all other will be included in it in 87000 that is for OBC students. The fee for government employees and oc and management quota will be 130000 and there no scholarships and reimbursements. Scholarships are provided for bc, sc, and ST students.
Campus Life
Mostly annual and technical fest held in the month of March and for every semister there may held 2 - 3 technical fests . Names of annual fests are udhbhav,mesmera, symphony and technical fest are hackathon,zerocoders etc. In our days there was high use of internet so we didn't prefer much for library as I was an average student I didn't focused on aa everything was available in online. Not much facilities as every college has our college also has one projector in every class and a laptop given to the faculty. College often encourage students to explore various activities to find their passions and interests outside of academics. Yeah in our college student run social club like hope for helping poor and photography club for interest photographers and symphony for music.
Admission
Other colleges I applied to are cvr, mvsr, kmit, gurunanak, and some others these are some of the colleges in Hyderabad best according to emcet rank. This is the one and only college that was confirmed and all others were rejected. Honestly, there was no college that gave me admission according to my emcet rank. Yeah, I got rejections from other colleges because I got emcet rank and a student gets a seat according to his emcet rank. I joined the college according to my emcet rank, emcet is an entrance exam that decides our rank and provides a seat in a particular college according to our rank. For management quota there will be no need of it they can buy the seats in the college.
Faculty
Actually there was no good faculty there was only one good faculty who is fully knowledge and for 180 students that is for three sections only one who has good knowledge. Faculty I liked was Deepthi mam she used to teach us data structures in 4th sem,Java in 5th sem and compiler design in 7th sem, she was best mam I have ever seen the way she explains and clarifies doubts and the manner she explains any one can understand from dull to clever.Noone was like her. I didn't like our python sir i forgot his name, because he used to timepass the session and didn't explained any topic and he used to give full marks just filling the paper in internals, but It helped in some moments. There will be total 8sems and for every sem there will be one final exam that is practical as well written. There will two internals for each sem. Exams are easy but it is based on student nature how much he can concentrate. I think for every 10 students there will be only one who fail.
