- the placement services at ratnam college could be more proactive and effective. despite of placement facilities there were very limited opportunities in internship and jibs.

- class schedule were sometimes inconsistent and prone to last minute. a more strctured timetable would help in managing the studies

the B.com curriculam at ratnam college is well strctured coverning essential subjects like, accounting, costing, economics,businees law. the inclusion of case studies and projects enhance real life lesons. however the curriculam could benefit from integrating more such as digital marketing and digital analytics to stay with current industry trends.

Campus Life
my overall experience at ratnam college has been enriching and vibrant. the college host annual fest in the month of january named as MANTRA. the library offers a diverse range books and journals though accessibility could be improved with more digital resorces. classrooms are equipied with modern technologies including projectors and smart boards.
Admission
i choosed ratnam college over other colleges due to well rounded curriculam and supportive learninf environment . while i received the confirmation from other institution i found ratnam better for my carrer growth. as i applied for the K.C college due a higher cutoffs i could not getcthe admission over there. the admission processa at ratnam college was staright forward requring aligibility based on higher school qualifications. the cutoffs were set based on overall applicant performance and the admission experience was smooth with online applications and supportive councelling session that made the process more effecient.
Faculty
ratnam college has a good faculty to student ratio to allowing individual attention. most professor are friendly by nature. the course structure is well maintained and stablized combinig theory with practical work. students have 2 main exams each semester. the mid term and finals. exams can be challenging and while most students pass whole some struggles. the curriculam is relevant and helps in preparing the future career but exams can be tough
