- some building does not contain air conditions, which makes them very hot in summers
- no fest and cultural events took place in college
Course Curriculum Overview
the course curriculum is based on Aktu, Lucknow. as in every semester, there are one to two sessional tests followed by internal lab viva and pre-university test, and end-semester exams in last of the semester, all internal marks are based on these exams, and attendance as per guidelines 75%attendence is mandatory. All tests are easy to moderate level to pass and score decent marks.
Placement Experience
after 6 semesters students became eligible for campus pavement mass hiring companies visited like Accenture, Infosys, TCS, and many startups based on NCR region at good packages, the highest package offered this year was 34 lakh per annum due to the recession, not so many students placed but decently 50% of students got placement till now. I am placed in a health tech startup in greater Noida so I will pursue that for 1-2 years from now
Fees and Financial Aid
first year - 140000 which includes a 20000 security deposit second year - 119556 (tuition fees - 111256 and rest includes lab fees and other compulsory charges) the third and final year remains the same at 116000 hostel fees depend on bed allotment in the room for a single - 140000, double - 130000, triple - 120000 no scholarship is given by the college itself it is given by the state government based on annual income and caste reservation. no fee concession was given based on merit only some prize money was given if you were good at academics and achieved some ranking class.
Campus Life
to be honest, there were no annual or technical fest held in college, small events occurred held by clubs on a small scale library is good and has a large area of sitting with air conditioning. sports activities are normal having clubs for tech, blockchain, dance, singing, acting, etc.
Hostel Facilities
the room contained one bed with matrices and pillow and bedsheets and pillow cover, one fan per bed, and one chair table. mess was normal quality of food was nice except dinner part. hostel and mess fees are included in one. gym and library facilities are available within the hostel. locality was also quite good surrounded by greenery and near buildings.
Admission
i had taken Aktu examination in 2019 which gives admission to private and government colleges in state. As per your marks and rank college and branch are allocated. also one of my relatives was an alumnus here so he also referred me to this college, moreover college campus as one of the best college campuses in the Ghaziabad region. I have applied to iet, Lucknow but due to lack of rank and branch, I wish to pursue was difficult to get. the admission process is a bit simple now admission is based on jee mains marks or 12 marks.
Faculty
faculty members were quite educated and good at resolving issues of students. but as everywhere some faculties are not so good at teaching. faculties mainly focus on exams rather than the skill development of students. total number of faculties are quite enough to handle all courses effectively as per students. exams happen on regular basis every month there is some viva or sessional test or internal papers. as per schedule by aktu, Lucknow.
