A honest review of hkbk degree college.

I was very bad at computer applications so I had to choose BBA as bcom is very common.. and I found bba was different so I chose BBA because I was interested in management... BCA is the best course in the present times but as AI is coming and taking over BCA it is risky to do BCA and BCOM is common in everyone. BBA makes the managers and managing the business it prepares us well to face the real-world problems. There are a few areas where they can improve such as the placement in the campus and preparing the students for the interview.. the timing and frequency is under your control, if you can manage time then you can do well.

They say there is internship opportunities but there aren't more, there might be a very few companies giving employment opportunities but not as we know, we go out and see for internships not in the college.

For 1 year that means 2 semesters 60k should be paid, and they are very strict taking fees and fines, there are fines for shortage of attendance, University fees is 2,350, and there are exam fees every semester depending on your course it can be 2000 till 3000. For bcom, it is 55000, and for BCA it is 65000. There is no such scholarship, it is better if you apply for it from somewhere outside.

There is Calypso which is held every year.. and it is the biggest event in our college, where everyone is allowed to take part and show their talent. There are events at every festival like Holi, Diwali, and such.. Library books aren't reliable as there isn't a big place to keep books and limited books which can't be used. Sports are also held every week and it is fun as there are tournaments and competitions, and extracurricular activities are also held. There are music clubs, disciplinary clubs and a lot more..

I wanted to apply for Indian Academy, or CMR but then the fees and the distance were too far from my place so I decided to join hkbk. No, I did not get any rejection from any colleges I applied, I didn't make it there because my parents didn't let me. You fill out a form, then pay the amount for locking your seat and then pay the full amount of fees and give the documents which is asked..

The faculties always make a good bond between the student and themselves which is actually interesting and make us go to the classes more oftenly.. they are friendly and approachable anytime.. Nisha Johnson, she is a very interactive and friendly teacher which made me go to her classes more oftenly, and she was an interactive person. I can't mention the names of the faculties but there attitude towards the student is not acceptable so there are a few which I don't like.. There will be 2 internal exams and one final exam, all are easy if you study.. there are very few who fails to clear the exam.. the course is very relevant..
