Brief view of student life in sambhram

College being affiliated with one of the most prestigious university vtu was the main reason to get. They made internship, projects compulsory by adding it as a seperate subjects . The aspect of improvement is allowing students to do internship during the course time with attendance. I think the time between exam is sufficient for the person to study and gets good cgpa. Difficulty level of exam is moderate.

Placement in college is that good . Students get eligible to sit in llaxemiin 7th semester. Last to last year good companies had visited college but last year was not good due to recession. Companies like tech Mahindra,byjus, Goldman Sachs, Accenture,TCS had visited. Percentage of people place last year was very low like 30-40%. I plan to work in corporate after completion of my degree and get a good experience.

Admission through kcet in 2021 in CSE Kcet fees - 90060 ( per year for 4 years) Other fees - 16000 (per year for 4 year) Placement fees- 3700 ( one time ) All the state sponsored government scholarship are available like (SSP Karnataka) In which the amount for minorities is 18000-20000. You can avail NSP merit cum scholarship if you are available.Its around 20-25k.

Ganesh chaturthi is the most famous festival in college it's celebrated evey year. Karnataka rajyotsava , Sambhramotsava is also celebrated every year. The library contains only university curriculum related books. College conducts sports week every year outside college campus. College doesn't have any student club

The main reason for me to get in college is the location like Bangalore and its affordability. I had also applied for tier 2 college but didn't got because of my poor performance in kcet. Kcet is most accepted in Karnataka for the majority of colleges and fields. I got rejected for various colleges like pda in the Gulbarga district. Presidency Bangalore.

The faculty to student ratio is not good. In our batch the ratio is 1-(66-69). But teacher are approachable for any kind of study related discussion. There are some teachers who knew that in today's competitive world only getting a degree is not sufficient so they tell to upskill ourselves and getting 7-8 cgpa is enough don't focus more on theroy. Very less but there are some teachers which focuses more on their theory classes and attendance. Exams So according to VTY 21 scheme We have 50-50 ratio of marks Meaning we will have total internal marks 50 and external marks 50 The internal marks are divided as Internal theory exam x 3 -(20x3=60) Assignment - 20 Seminar/quizs - 20 So the above 100 marks are evaluated for 50 marks . External exam is for 100 marks which will be evaluated for 50 Consider both the marks the total marks should be more than 40 to get pass in a subject.
