I am fully satisfied and happy with this university and proud to be a part of WUD

This is the best designing college in Delhi NCR with sufficient green space and surrounded by the other good universities.

The course curriculum is well organized, all the subjects in one semester are interconnected with each other which helps us to relate one subject to another. Different electives (1-week courses) are also held which helps us to learn and explore more into another field.

the university is providing an interview with different export houses, design houses, designers for the placement. visiting facilities are helped to review portfolios and help us to guide for the internship.

All the festivals are celebrated together with great pomp and show. Diwali, Garba nights, Holi celebrations are celebrated in department wise different activities take place which includes creative competitions, dance, music, games, etc. cultural fest (Cult) is the main event of the college, which helps students to explore their interest in different areas.

As I am from the B.des (Fashion) first batch I got many advantages regarding fees, my tuition fees are the same throughout the course. Fees are never increased randomly it remains the same which they tell you while taking admission. Hostel fees are reasonable according to the facilities provided by the university. hostel fees increase yearly.

no, I have not opted for any scholarship or education loan, but yes college is providing 100% scholarship to the students who are hard working and focused. education loan is also available.

life is good and sorted on the campus there is plenty of space to sit around and work. labs are open to all there are assistants to guide us. different mediums are explored in the workshops by which one can be inspired and work, sports are also played accordingly to the area of interest.

facilities provided by the university in regards to the hostel is much better than what we have heard of other hostels. the menu is decided by the students one can add things accordingly, proper and with hygiene food is served. proper food I also served to the students who are ill.

As I am from the first batch there is no senior, but our faculties behave like our seniors and mentors. They always help and guide us in the best way possible.

I was shortlisted for NIFT but was not getting good centers.so I got a reference from AFA (Academy of Fashion and Arts), so I tried in WUD, I was asked to give a direct interview because of my NIFT scores, after giving an interview on 1 May I took admission according to the rules of the university.

Faculty in WUD is focused, hardworking, helping, frank and interactive. There are visiting faculties for different subjects, they share their knowledge, experiences, thought process, etc which motivates us and aspire us to work more hard. Students feel free to talk directly to the Deans and work more like teamwork.
