The course curriculum is very relevant and the professors teach us by giving live examples and explaining us with historical stories. It helped us to learn a topic easily and properly.It remained our mind forever.We don't need to read it during exams,just revision is enough for us.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 22500 per year

Internships Opportunities

Different departments are going to different companies for internships. For example, Nutrition Food Service Management and Dietics (NFSMD) department went to Hirudalaya Hospital for internships. Others went to Aavin Factories,Hospitals, vermiculture Fields, Labs, etc.,

Fees and Financial Aid

The college helps us through various schemes. It helps students from various communities and different backgrounds. They are providing Adidravidar scholarship to SC/ST students. They are also providing scholarship for government school students and minority scholarship.

Campus Life

The campus life is very good as we have eco-friendly campus with so many trees. They gave more importance to sports activities and NCC. They were teaching skating, silambam, etc., They have conducted functions each and every departments separately. We have attended so many international seminars and webinars

Admission

The application process is done through both online and offline. During admission,we have a face-to-face interview with the principal and we would be admitted to the course which will be best for us. The eligibility to join our college is to pass higher secondary.

Faculty

They are three exams before each semesters. They are very easy as they make us practice each and every topics thoroughly.Every one pass the exam as they have enough practice and tests. The course curriculum is very relevant as they help us to understand the concept theoretically and practically

A College that builds knowledge,confidence and memories

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate,which helps in consistent preparation,however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning,and modern teaching methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.

This college is a famous one and it is studied by many higher officials. The faculty is very good and talented, students ratio is 500:900. First of all admission process of this college is very simple. First we have to buy application from college and supposed to fill what group of study we have chosen and studied in higher secondary. From this we have to apply 4 option to the related courses and submit. Finally we have called for counseling and make to choose what course u have to study.
